My first order was handled very ruff by DPD, so i received a broken glassvial and a big mess. I told them it is not there fault but asked them to pack it better next time. (and i added Photos of course..) The reaction over all was very friendly, so i gave it another try. With my second order they add a full Replacement AND it arrived safe with serious protection. so they listened carefully. good customer support and top products! thx

The delivery was great and very speedy and customer service was responsive however unfortunately its not what i ordered. i was sold 1 gram htfse (high terpene full spectrum extract) and recieved a small pot of what i assume is blended distillate mixed with botanical terpenes. not worth £25 at all, it definitly isnt htfse. real htfse is a dabbable product and is very thick and sticky. what i recieved is extremely runny and not sticky in the slightest, it is like eliquid as a pose to htfse. i sent photos of this to customer service who agreed what i recieved did not line up with htfse characteristics and sent a replacement. the replacement is the same runny undabbable liquid so i unfortunately wont be purchasing from here again.

they aren't trying to be something they are not. they are very transparent about what they sell.

their "Cannaclub" vapes are very nice, although they don't say exactly what "active ingredient" is in it, it is 100% valid and not some synthetic soup, effect is great but builds tolerance relatively quick - been ordering their blends for a long time now.

the effect is smooth and not body-heavy like pot but rather sleepy, very good for sleep if you go for the INDICA ones (you can clearly feel it in the body still, just not the universal body load), SATIVA ones are very productive but you can also chill and game easily.

terpenes are very real and taste real, but on the milder side, however it DOES shape the effect very well.
