Sito truffa! Cappello inviatomi di 5 taglie sbagliate, non rimborsano neanche per errore loro vogliono pure che lo rinvii a spese mie così poi non rimborsano più! Viste le altre recensioni fanno spesso questo gioco. Il Cappello tra l'altro di bassa qualità non vale il prezzo e arrivato do 20 giorni!

Still waiting four weeks later for my order. Requested a refund and they advised they would take 20% I agreed but the email keeps bouncing back or saying that it’s being rejected due to me using bad language. Which is not true even when I said a blank email it says the same thing. SCAMMERS!!

Requested a refund because the item shipped on 12/15 and has not moved or updated since then. I should have done my research before ordering. Probably can scratch that $50. There's no way to reach anyone.

The hat was not of good quality. It was not the shape it was supposed to be and was so poorly shipped the brim was just jammed in the box. Looked liked someone slept in it. They are supposed to be connected with someone in England. But their invoice is covered up with Chinese writing. Scam scam scam. These people should be put out of business.

Just an overall horrible piece of crap.

This is a Chinese company operating under different names including H-Gents and Chenups. The products you receive are ridiculously cheap versions of what is promoted on these websites. Products are sent from the US and charges come through as "USBoundless LLC". However, once you are in the return process you are told that products must be shipped back - at your expense - to China. This is after they try to placate you with a percentage off another product. Don't give them ANY money.

Oh and the claim that all hats arrive in a box ... true ... a regular cardboard shipping box with no packing materials.

Misrepresention of product with false pictures. Quality is poor and cheap materials. sizing of hat is off, it has a one size fits all inset. I wrote a review and posted on their website but they are dishonest and did not post it because it was not a good review. Buyer beware.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. This company is a scam. Based on some slick Facebook advertising, I ordered 3 hats "on special." When they arrived, not only were they shoddy and very poor quality (think pressed cardboard), two of the hats did not fit, in spite of my ordering all in the same size. Then, when I tried to get a refund, I was told that the most I could receive was 25% of the order price and that after shipping the hats back to CHINA. Yes, that China. To add insult to injury, I had returned the hats to their US address. I was then told that the US address was a "transit address" and the hats had to be returned at my expense to--wait for it--China. This company is comprised of a band of thieves just scamming the US market. I'm embarrassed I got taken in...don't repeat my mistake.

Absolute rubbish quality, cheap and nasty tat that bears absolutely no resemblance to the photos on their website, they are scammers basically. its areal shame I can't give zero stars. Like every other reviewer on here ,they offered me a thirty percent discount but I said no thanks. Had to go to Paypal who refunded me immediately within two minutes of uploading the photos so I guess they know of the company and don't even bother to investigate they just take the money back off them, Don't be taken in by the BS website they use fake photos and then send comedy fancy dress hats that are utterly worthless, they need to be shut down for scamming. Avoid like the virus they spread.

Very poor quality Cheap felt.I asked for medium there is no size label but this is 4 times the size system as a medium. Satin ribbon in an interior band is impossibility to make adjustments. Serious dissatisfied and disappointmented.Worse purchase ever.Looks like a cartoon Halloween hat. Just Trash where it is headed.It even smells horrible. Save your money.

Just awful. I wished I’d looked at these reviews before I placed an order. As all the previous customers have said, you receive a felt hat, without a size, nothing at all like the picture, in a surprisingly small box. I have requested a refund but suspect I will end up having to ask my credit card company for help.

If I do receive a helpful response and a refund, I will update my review.

Instagram Ad takes you to a website. Suspected SCAM immediately. What validated my suspicion was the "Our People image of all the cowboys/girls in front of an old buliding. They are actually rodeo Resistol Rookie group photo take by Matthew Range. Don't buy. They have other websites on Instagram such as Lack Hat, woolandstraw.

It is an internet scam. H-Gents, or Kentish, LTD or US Boundless LLC, or… Chinese internet scam company.

Same far East company using multiples trading names to sell the same utter cheap tat. Products are not as shown in the pictures, but are little more than fancy dress shop quality felt and over inflated prices to make them look legit.
Avoid like the plague.

Truly dreadful. If, like I did, you want to pay over the odds for something that looks cheap, but is horrendously overpriced, go for it. What I received wouldn't look out of place in a third-rate fancy dress shop. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute crap don’t waste your money, it’s nothing like the picture and definitely not worth what they are charging.

This is not american handmade hats but a chineese site.
Quality is poor, I got the wrong size.
When complaining, they wanted me to buy q new one at 70% discount...but I don't want cheap quality hats..

I'd give them zero stars if possible. Scam site. Ordered a hat as pictured on the site. Was skeptical but thought I would give it a shot. Like others have said, it came in a shoebox clearly not suitable for a hat. I immediately had doubts upon seeing the box in my mailbox. Hatboxes don't fit in mailboxes. The hat I got was a laughable. Bad felt, cheap hat that was not even close to what was pictured. These folks wanted to give me 25% back on my purchase. I complained more, then it went to 35%. I got tired of the nonsense and went to my credit card company and had them bounce it back on these crooks. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

What a piece of junk. Felt hat of shoddy quality and shipped in a box clearly too small for it. It looked more like a clowns hat than an Indiana Jones hat. What an absolute waste of money. It went straight into the bin.
