Gyna is a fertility nutrition program for women and couples trying to conceive. Most people find us a few months in, or a few years. You've got the tracking app, the prenatal, and a browser history of advice that contradicts itself. What you don't have is one place where food, supplements and everyday exposures are put together and explained. That's the program. Self-paced lessons in an app, on a subscription, with meal plans and recipes so the material is easier to actually use. You work through it one idea at a time. Most of what we ask is that you add things, not cut them. Trying to conceive is stressful enough without a program that wants you to overhaul your life in week one.

I recommend. The information in the app is good. I never tried the recipes but they sounded lovely. The best part is the supportive Facebook group who encouraged me to give up gluten and once I did I realised I had an intolerance to it. Its a supportive space. As my treatment has now stopped I asked for a refund on a payment taken a few days before and there were no questions asked. Really good and clear customer service. All in all a great experience despite the unsuccessful end with a pregnancy as the clinic stopped my treatment.

Info is great, just not sure it accounts for specific situations like Endometriosis for example. I would like to have nutrition information with a fertility and endometriosis focus.

Daniela, thank you — and that's a fair point. The Gyna programme covers fertility nutrition broadly rather than condition-specific plans, so we don't have a dedicated endometriosis track today. I've passed your request to our nutrition team, because you're not the only one asking for it.
In the meantime, anything endometriosis-specific is worth raising with your own doctor or dietitian alongside the programme.

I am learning so many valuable information that I didn't know before. Following the guidelines have made the scale go down tremendously in such a short time. A lot of effort goes in to providing women with the knowledge and tools they need - not to mention hope! I'm really impressed by Gyna Fertility.

Qué horror de plataforma. Los cobros no son exacto, ambiguos, y tu suscripción dice otro y te cobran otros. El sistema es pésimo. Por favor quiero mi dinero, no se vale que engañen a la gente. Quiero mi reembolso. O haré lo conducente.

AVOID!
AVOID!! Charged me for 4 months despite cancelling! Over £400 for NOTHING! A lot of money for not much and horrendous customer service. Takes advantage of vulnerable people.

Son un verdadero Fraude
Son un verdadero Fraude y te roban el dinero para habla hispana deberían de decir el costo real en MXN y no es dólares no me fue satisfecho y ni hace hacen válida la garantía de devolución del dinero y aparte de meten a la fuerza 3 meses un robo claro de que en el primer mes uno no renueva y por eso te ponen la trampa de 3 meses
