Not happy with after sales support
Not happy with after sales support. We rang couple of time withing two weeks and sent emails and where trying to get vat invoice for purchase that we made for business and till havent received them!!!
Be aware if you buy something for business all they will send you automatic invoice from WooCommerce website what is no good for nothing!!! You don't even have proof of purchase if something brakes down.

Genuine company
Genuine company. Pleasure to deal with. Ordered a sound proofing mat and a treadmill after being let down by another site. Ordered December 20 I think and it arrived early the 23rd, impressive. Real people running the show too to answer questions. The T23 space saver treadmill/ walking pad is great, quiet and minimal assembly. Should work out perfectly. Will use again and I recommend fully.

Thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review!
We are so glad we could help get your T23 space saver treadmill and soundproofing mat to you in time for Christmas, especially after you were let down elsewhere. It is great to hear that our team was able to provide that personal touch and answer your questions—we really do pride ourselves on being "real people" at the end of the phone or email!
It sounds like you have a great setup ready to go, and we are delighted that the minimal assembly and quiet operation of the T23 are working out well for you.
We truly appreciate the recommendation and look forward to seeing you again.

Thank you again for your business and for being so accommodating!
Great pre-sales service
Before buying, I contacted them via chat and surprisingly had a chat with a human being, not an AI bot. They addressed all my concerns and I was more than happy to purchase the equipment. So far, great customer service! Keep up the good work!

A Fantastic Experience!
I’m very happy with my experience. This is my first time using a service like this, I made it from another country to a friend living in Ireland.
I was confused and after sending an email out of worry I received one with kindness, which was a pleasant surprise.
The order was done in five days, that’s fast. My friend showed pictures and it made for a great memory. He was ecstatic. If I’ll ever need a reliable, safe(likely) and efficient delivery to Ireland again, this is the place. I’m happy it’s possible to buy a set of dumbbells overseas.

Thank you so much for your kind words — we’re absolutely delighted to hear about your positive experience!
It means a lot to us that, even ordering from overseas, you felt supported and reassured throughout the process. We're especially happy to know your friend in Ireland received the order so quickly and that it brought such joy — that's exactly what we aim for!
Your feedback about our communication, delivery speed, and overall reliability truly makes our day. We’re glad to know we could help create a memorable experience for you both.
If you ever need anything delivered to Ireland again — whether it’s more fitness gear or anything else — we’d be thrilled to assist.
