At 48 years old, I purchased this to change up my training and bring life back to it. It is very cool to see the data and be able to go max effort at lighter loads. Love this tool and look forward to many GAINZ!!!

This is a great tool that helps keep me motivated and informed. I get motivated if I'm not moving as fast as I should be and I then push my next rep harder. I am more informed by understanding what is heavy for me and where I stand to gain ground.

Started Slow but Great Now
Overall been great product had few issues early on with missed reps and inaccurate speed readings. Had to send unit in for some work now works great. Also lo e that I can use android or IPad application with it. I have used my FLEX for little over a year now and had amazing personal results. Recently had shoulder surgery and have been using my FLEX to ensure I stay in the percentage ranges that physical therapist wants me in. It has increased my rehab time, and strength rebuilding. Great product.

Love my Flex VBT unit
Love my Flex VBT unit. I had experimented with a couple accelerometers, and had serious issues with accuracy. Not with the Flex. Android app has come a long way, finally up to par with the iPhone app. Solid purchase.

Best VBT on the Market!
I have been using GymAware at my training facility for over 4 years now and it's by far the most accurate and most reliable TENDO on the market.
The data and feedback it gives my athletes and my coaches has helped our programming immensely. Both off-season and in-season, it provides the necessary objective feedback to make real-time decisions in our training programs.
Along with the quality of the devise, their software and support team is top notch.
If you're looking to get in the VBT game, then GymAware should be at the top of your list.
