This is a horrible company, fraud written all over it I order back in January still nothing and no response and email being sent back with failed delivery the tracking number is bogus worst company ever

Do not buy from this site. Ordered 2 pairs of leggings on January 27th and it’s March 27th and still haven’t gotten them. Have tried emailing for a refund and no response. Tracking number is fake and keeps saying that it’s been in New Jersey since February 5th

Wouldn’t give any stars if it was an option! Do not buy from this site it’s a SCAM!!!

Leggings didn't fit - they had absolutely no stretch. Have contacted 5 times for a refund and no response but they will happily bombard me with spam daily.

Leggings ripped the second I put them on. Have been in touch for a replacement or refund and they haven’t replied. Tried to leave a negative review on their website and it has not been published.

If I could give less than 1 star I WOULD. I order a month ago TODAY. and they just left the wearhouse this morning at 3am. I will not be ordering from them ever again. And thier customer service sucks as I've tried contacting them several times and all they do is send me the same prewritten email sayimg they are sorry and blaming the "pandemic" and just to keep waiting. As others have seemed to get thiers in 10 days I call bs
VERY DISSATISFIED

I have ordered two pairs of leggings paid for on the 1st of march said they sent them out and nothing!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They dont answer emails either. I still get emails trying to ‘sell’ more leggings on ‘offer’.

I ordered 2 sets of legging and still haven't received them iv emailed twice and on my third attempt of email it stated it wasn't sent because the email address couldn't be found

Edit: still no leggings, asked for a refund to be told no because its tated shipped yet its been nearly 2 months and the tracking number doesn even come up it said not found, horrible company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. This company should be ashamed of themselves, disgusting. I placed an order on 2/3/2021, today is 3/22/2021. I've been given a fake tracking number and when I requested a refund, a new number was provided but the stamp of delivery was two days early... I want my money back !!!!

I have ordered before 3 pairs og leggings and they were absolutely fine. They took 3 weeks to arrive but I was very happy with the items.
I decided to order a few pairs of leggings again on 14th February and it was the biggest mistake I ever done.
I write them 3 times and still waiting for my parcel to arrive.
This is a joke!!!! The only thing they do is answer my emails saying that I need to be Patient. I have asked for a refund and no answer for that either.
How disappointed I am with this company. I will make sure everyone knows how bad they are!!!

Like all the other comments already say - DO avoid this website. Its definitely coming from China hence the long delivery time. Of course, you pay for what you get so £10 for a pair of leggings in the UK is quite cheap (unless you go to Primark) but this website is unprofessional and since I've ordered my 3 pairs of leggings, I've received at least 5 more emails from them, one even stating that there is something "wrong" with my order...when I opened the email they had the nerve to say I haven't ordered any matching tops and sent me further discounts 🙄 I definitely won't order from them again.

Never received my leggings after purchasing 3 pairs on January 8th. Every time I reached out (twice for updates and then requested a refund), the only response I would get was for a discount code. The tracking number they provided always shows “USPS currently awaiting package”. I contacted my bank and had the charge reversed. Don’t trust these social media ads until you google scam reviews first. Lesson learned!

If I could leave a zero I would. After a month and half I finally received my leggings. Not only did I receive the wrong color (ordered purple got bright orange) I also got the wrong size. I also have not heard back from the company. Don't waste your money....

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered leggings on February 14th and have not received my items. I was told two weeks ago to wait another 7 days. At this point I just want my money back. They almost act as if you are bothering them when you email them. I should have read the reviews before purchasing! If you are considering purchasing from this company DON’T! I only gave 1 start because I had to!

Edit: They finally arrived! 37 days later 😅they’re terrible as expected..see through cheap ass fabric and the sizing is crazy so I’m size 8 so ordered XS/S and 3 pairs are S one is XS and wouldn’t fit me in a million years! All the S sizes fit different too. So I stress everything I previously said as it’s genuinely not worth the hassle: AVOID! I Really wish I could comment on the quality of the leggings but I haven't received them yet. Was given the covid timescales..bare with us, we're grateful for your patience etc and then received and email saying 'I am confident you will receive your items in 4-7 days'. Happy days..nope! 8 days later I contacted the team as my tracking simply said 'no location details' and was rudely reminded of the pandemic (my bad, totally forgot about that) and told to be patient, as well as being informed that the tracking number will not work until the items are in the UK. Pointless. I replied simply asking whether they could track the package on my behalf, which I had imagined would be possible as they gave the 4-7 day time scale..based on what exactly, I'd love to know! 4 days since my last email and no reply, no leggings and still no location for tracking. Their own website has a blank page under customer reviews and at the time of writing this, customer reviews on this platform are 83% BAD! Just in case you were confused..AVOID!

P.S I bought some others from Seasum (Amazon) and they’re much better quality! Thicker material, definitely not see through and they make your bum look even better 😁 would definitely size up though due to the crunched bit or you’ll definitely have camel toe 🙃

Took months to receive items. None of the different colored leggings fit the same, even though they were all the same size and make. I emailed asking for return label, as website/email instructions said. They take a while to respond and never resolve the issue. They ask for pictures of the product? They’re brand new leggings with tags and all. You don’t need pictures. You’re just postponing any return process so you can keep peoples money. I will never recommend this product to anyone ever.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Wish I would've read the reviews, they keep just saying "your items are on the way" THEY'RE NOT. It's been over a month, and NOTHING. I wish I would've just picked a different link on instagram, because they are TRASH, and I will NEVER order anything from them again.

I ordered 2 pairs at the beginning of Jan, they took about 3 weeks to be delivered but I love the leggings so much, fit me perfectly (which is unusual for me cos I'm very tall and thin) and I personally don't find them see-through. Brilliant for £10 too! Would defo order again
