Gym academy changed the game for me. I went from lost and scared to knowing exactly what I should be doing to grow my large group fitness studio within a couple months. If you want to have a successful gym this is the place to be. Coach Ryan has been there for me every step of the way and has insights that will make you see things in a different way which allows you start taking the actions that lead to the best results.

Working with Gym Academy has been nothing less that exceptional. I felt I needed guidance, structure, and organization and GA has helped me not just grow the studio but myself as a studio owner. The coaches and mentors are very helpful and encouraging. The programs and strategies provided are easy to follow and you have full support from not only the mentors but other gym owners just like you that are in the program and want to make a difference. My overall feedback for gym as a service is that- depending on the capacity of the gym owner, a more tailored approach to making sure that the automations and guidance being given are supported by the actions the client is able to take so that it’s am more effectively scaled and less costly. I do feel like I spent more money on trial and error in ads and text campaigns than I needed to- and could have used some more tailored insight- and I was looking to be coachable- so I could have used more of a look at how those automations fit into my workflow, not just what I needed to do to step up to this new awesome structure. Especially because my school isn’t a gym, but a martial arts community. But again, this program is for people looking to belly up to the bar- and it definitely provides a serious amount of support in doing that. Work this program if you’re ready to work.

I would have closed my doors if not for Gym Academy. I've been with them for a year and this month I have almost doubled my revenue from $21k to over $39k! For me the biggest value has been my one on one meetings with Mike. Especially with staffing issues and discovery calls. He has been a life saver! I definitely haven't "arrived". I feel like I take 2 steps forward and 1 step back which makes me thankful for continued education and mentorship. Being a gym/studio owner is challenging. The ability to have a community with other owners is often what pulls me out of the hard days. The Fly ain't events have really been valuable as well. If you're a struggling gym owner, don't hesitate. Bob and his team are awesome.
