Delivery of the gym mats was on-time and the delivery man was very friendly and helpful. The mats although pretty heavy look pretty good on the floor and if done well look very good. However I only haven't given 5 stars because the mats seem to stain and show dirt easily. That may be due to its colour (black) but just feels like it needs to be wiped all the time. Any brush off the foot leaves a mark on the mat. Otherwise they are really good, functional and almost seem indestructible.

Quality product and quality service

Great customer service and the product exceeded expectations. I got the 20mm rubber 1m x 1m pieces and they look and feel great. They were also easy to cut through with a stanley cutter knife to shape around corners.

One of the best flooring , in my whole Garrage gym setup , my first choice is this flooring it’s so good . I just love this flooring

Fast efficient service and an excellent product

Mats advertised as odour free but this is a lie, 2 months on and my house still smells like a tyre shop.
Pallet delivery so I had to get these delivered to work then borrow a truck to get them home so although the company offered a a return this wasn’t really viable. False advertisement:

There was a slight problem when we were paying on the website where the transaction was going through twice which we sorted with the bank but it might be worth looking into this.

I ordered 24 outdoor rubber tiling mats for my rooftop terrace after already having ordered the same ones two years ago since I am very happy with their quality and so want to expand the area that is covered by them. I could arrange the delivery for a day that suited me best and the tiles were delivered on time by a friendly courier. I had to carry them up to my rooftop myself as they are only delivered curb-side, but this was communicated in advance so I am totally alright with that. Thank you!

Flooring works great in the gym.

Early days but the mats seem good quality and I plan to order again when I increase the size of my garden gym. Delivery was quick and ok although leaving the pallet was a bit frustrating - I understand why for big orders but for 6 mats thought it could be taken away.

I chose to buy from Sprung as they are a small business but one who clearly know what they are talking about when it comes to gym flooring.
Good communication pre-delivery and there is an easy to follow video for the fitting.
Both my wife and I are very happy with the 20mm tiles we purchased.

Flooring delivered promptly and we fitted it ourselves. Tiles were easy to cut with the right tools and the floor looks fantastic and is exactly what we wanted.
