The items you want never ship. I had a sweater in my cart for 6 months before it shipped.

You have to have at least 6 items in your cart, or they don't ship you anything. So you put items in your cart you don't want (set the priority to low), and those are always the ones that ship.

Priority levels mean nothing.

You have to call to unsubscribe, and it is not to "better understand you." It is to question why you would even consider dropping their service. I don't like your clothes. I don't need to explain my life to you. 5 minutes of chat and 5 on hold, an additional offer to stay for 50% off before another hold, and then 24 hours to get me a cancelation email. Yet it took you about 6 seconds to set up my account and start taking my money.

Buy more clothes, ship the items we want, and you won't have any issues keeping customers.

Love Gwynnie! It’s a life saver to have clothing delivered as often as you need it and you don’t have to even think of laundry or dry cleaning!!! So yes worth every penny!!9

it's great for my 9-5 working schedule, but sometimes it just didn't get here on time.

I've been a subscriber to Gwynnie Bee for over 4 years and have never been disappointed!

Almost everything I get fits perfect! I love Gwynnie Bee. It’s worth every penny. The turn around for new outfits is less than a week so I can get up to 8 outfits each month. They system to ensure I receive the correct fit every time only makes me confident when you box arrives.

variety of choices in most sizes. Every package is like Christmas morning!

The prices are great. I have referred to a few friends and they love it as well. It’s so easy to go to work and meet a client with one of my new dresses Amd not have to think about what I’m going to work that day. Thank you!

I have been using Gwynnie Bee for awhile now, and absolutely love it! I get to select which items to add to my virtual closet, then they send me clothes in the mail. I wear them - and ALWAYS look & feel great, then send them back.....postage free! If I really like one of the items, I have an option to buy!

I love Gwynnie Bee. With my subscription I get to wear new outfits and expand my wardrobe for what I was spending on dry cleaning monthly. I put items of my choice in my virtual closet, each week a box arrives, I wear and return and get a new box. No laundry to do, no dry cleaning to drop off and pick up. Gwynnie handles it all.

If it’s something I love, I pay a discounted price and keep it. I became a fashionista at work, I went from wearing the same pants and tops weekly, to wearing different dresses almost daily. Now I rarely wear the same thing twice in the same month. The complements I get feel amazing.

What can be better than a different dress or top or sweater or skirt almost daily.

Everything here is awesome!...clothes, customer services even the shipment 📦 is great... this is better than to go to the stores. Thanks Gwynnie Bee to make my life easier and happier.

Over all this is a good service. Clothing quality is high and items arrive in good condition. My only real issue is sizing is a little unpredictable. The guides are good, but you really have to watch because the same size can have vastly different fits depending on the brand. I like being able to try different things than I would usually buy and just send them back if I don't like them or they don't fit. While I would love to keep many of the things I try the prices to keep them at home are often beyond what I'm willing to pay. You just have to wait for the price to go down or figure it's not meant to be...

Often my size (18) is not available. I wish the mail turn over was a bit faster.

Love Gwynnie Bee!!!!! I've got to wear so many clothes I never would have even tried on in a store. I've learned not all great designers and their clothes are out of my price range. I've found a brand of jeans I absolutely love and now have more than I probably should. I love not having to do loads of laundry every week and no dry cleaning bills. Can't say enough great things about this awesome service!

I really overall liked Gwynnie Bee. I just couldn’t afford it anymore but when I get more cash flow will do again.

Average overall. Many items show wear. Rarely get a week turnaround anymore. Wonder if they are going out of business.

I adore Gwynnie Bee! Shopping for attractive clothes with curves used to be a nightmare. I only wish I'd found this company sooner!

I love my Gwynnie Bee box!!

Saves money because now I don't have to shop for clothes. I've been complimented at work on my professional appearance which has helped me be taken more seriously. I've had a couple of issues with things but they fixed it better than I expected. Purchases on prior rentals is so inexpensive that I've built a great wardrobe in addition to my rentals.

Love getting new dresses every week. Get lots of compliments on the dresses when I wear them.
