Easy to use app, reliable mail service. The sizing suggestions are usually spot on! I would like more variety in the types of clothing such as pants, tops and jackets. Would also like some ability to choose what is sent when.

I've been a member since 2011 and over the years lots has improved about the member experience, especially the app. However in the last year it feels like things are going downhill. First, the Member Reviews - I GET that GB wants to have real women of all sizes represented in the modeling of the clothes however pick women who will actually provide REAL REVIEWS not self serving bloggers and wanna be's. 2nd The style of clothing continues to be old lady and matronly styles. Curvy girls want to be fun, take fashion risks and enjoy ON-TREND styles that look great on them. Lastly - the quality of the clothing used to be why I was a member, these days my garments often arrive a hot wrinkled mess out of the box, wreaking of someone else's perfume or worse covered in pet hair. Its just gross. I've seen FashiontoFigures Closet ads and they are speaking to me for many reasons including fresher more on trend styles, lower price tag items, more basics for everyday life, not old lady dresses. I hope this feedback helps the GB team. Thank you.

i hate shopping so gwennie bee has been a life saver for me. I attend a lot of networking events and hate to show up in the same outfit all the time

I have been a member over 6 years. There have been ups and downs as the company has grown. Overall, you can't beat the value and quality of the service. Once you know your size in each brand, it is easy to get clothes that always fit perfectly and look great. If you think everything will fit you perfectly the first month, you will be disappointed. I would say it takes at least 3 months to get your sizing down. Pay attention to the reviews and the size charts. I have gotten over a thousand items over the years, and less than a handful have had an issue that made them unwearable. If something isn't right, the customer service is great. You can try new styles and always be on trend. If you LOVE something, it has a "buy it now" price. Many of the items you love will eventually go to the GB Outlet for a ridiculously low price. I now have 3 teen daughters, in sizes 0 to 10. I use my membership for myself, but I buy them clothes from the outlet for parties, holidays, and other special events. My membership is for 5 items at a time, and I never wear the same thing twice to work.

The price is a little higher than I like but the clothing is great.

I have received several pieces with stains etc. but overall the quality is excellent.

I would like to see more variety for casual, everyday clothes as I feel they are mostly business casual etc.

I love the convenience. The styles are cute, it isn’t always easy to get the styles I wish for, but do appreciate the service. One of the best parts is being able to buy styles I liked later, usually at excellent prices.

For plus size it has allowed me the opportunity to try new styles and colors without filling my closet with one hit wonders. The convenient return system is awesome. My major complaint is limited stock and a lot of matronly styles. Overall above average and worth the money.

I love Gwynnie Bee! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the long wait between shipments. Otherwise I have always received very nice items and I love the choices as well.

It is extremely annoying to have the banner advertising the app on top of my page EVERYTIME I go to the site via my mobile phone. It's obvious I am a subscriber and even more obvious I'm not interested in using the app. Its obnoxious.

I love the idea and product, but getting new items is incredibly slow so my value for money decreases. It takes 5-6 days from when I say I need a new item to when I receive it. So I’m paying my monthly fee to receive somewhere around 6 pieces of clothing max. It basically nets out at $10 per article or clothing just to wear it the one time.. not exactly cost effective...

I've enjoyed using Gwynnie Bee. The advantages are that you can change out the clothes you have at home frequently. if something doesn't work out just send it back and get something new. If you love something you can keep it for a month or two or just buy it. I love this flexibility. The only disadvantage is not being able to get a specific piece you want. Sometimes I want two pieces at the same time to wear together but I can't do that. It's by chance that I get them. I usually have many items marked as priority and those are the items I get. When I only have a couple items marked as priority there were times I didn't get a priority item. Overall, this service works great for me. I wish the cost was a little lower to get additional items but for now I'm just doing 3 at a time.

I would have given GB a 4 or 5 star review, however, when I wanted to cancel, it's a bit of a challenge. The subscription is always taken out right before I plan to cancel. That's my fault for the billing date, but also, when I attempt to cancel, it asks if I'd like to keep for the duration because I've already paid for the month. I will have to simply calendar it. Currently it's a really good concept, I just need to cut back on our budget for now.

Turn around time is ok. I like that you can notify return right away. I wish I could easily edit reviews. I do think the price is slightly high for the amount of items per box without being able to specifically pick which items you want. I like the selection of clothing.

I get to try so many fun things that I just can't find near me. And I get to wear things I would not be able to afford to purchase outright. I get tons of compliments on the outfits I get from Gwynnie! I even have some friends who start off their compliments now with "Let me guess... Gwynnie Bee?"
