Kind, considerate and true to their word, trustworthy and friendly !!!.
I contacted this company due to blocked gutters. The gentleman was kind and caring and very professional, once hearing about my medical diagnosis they did the gutter clean free of charge, this blew me away with their kindness !!!. The guys that came out were professional and friendly and also inspected the roof while they were up there and thank goodness they did as the whole top of our chimney stack that we share with our neighbours was missing!!!. I was scared to ask how much but he made sure the cost was fair, but more importantly that the work got done rather than wait for the funds (we sorted this between ourselves). I cannot thank them enough for their kindness shown, politeness and proffesionlsim too at every step of the way !. I was quoted extortionate amounts to just look at the gutters but not by this firm they really put the customer first, I will never use another company now and people will be foolish to not use them. Give them a call and you will see straight away what I am saying, this gentleman is all for his community and it shows. I really cannot thank them enough so thank you Guttershield I am so glad I googled them xx. Don't be ripped off by companies who exploit when you are ill or elderly, these guys will not do that and make sure you are treated fairly x.
