Not a good experience. There was a definite misunderstanding about the scope of work that was to be performed. I accept my responsibility in not ensuring everything we discussed to happen to be included in the contract. But then the Salesman John lied saying we never discussed it, the installer lied saying we never discussed it, both of them saying we never discussed what was expected, then Louie lied directly to me on the phone telling me he was going to text me his personal phone number so we could remain in contact while we worked to come to a resolution, just to get me to get off the phone. So bottom line was since the Salesman and the Installer told them I never discussed this with them, it never happened. Even if the resolution was going to remain, we do not handle that type of work for our customers, I would feel better about it had everyone not kept telling me....'but our people are telling us you never discussed this with them'. Definitely not the way you want to be treated nor is it the way you should treat a customer. I'm sure the product is probably going to be just fine but the bad taste I have for the company has me wishing I had gone to another company for help instead these guys.

The process was without any problems. Chris the technician was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The installation went well and the workers were very courteous.

The whole process from meeting with the salesperson to installation was just great! The salesperson treated us with respect and we even laughed along the way.
The installation went very smoothly and we have NO complaints! The only thing that I suggest is this: we had our time slot set 1:00 pm and the workers were here at 8:00 am. Please call the customer the day before if there is a time change in the installation. Other than that, we are a very pleased customer!!

The service from beginning to end was superb! Once my financing was worked out on my end, everything else fell into place. The workers were professional and the product looks great!

Lack of communication with the customer service people and rude . After they got my business , I called for two days wanting an itemized contract and was ignored until I left another message to give them bad review if didn’t return my call . Gavin from Cornelius called me and sent me the itemized contract and also text me his number and said to call or text if I had another issue . What they try to do is wait until 3 days after you signed the contract and ignore you because they think you’re not wanting to use them , so they can get 15 percent out of you if you cancel .
Before I signed the contract , they called me non stop for days to get my business and after I signed it , I had an issue and they ignored me on purpose . I had Candace’s direct text and she wouldn’t respond either . It escalated up to Gavin once I went public on them .
Then I had text Gavin again and his response was Who is this ?? As if he never had heard of me .
Had to email to ask them what time someone was coming to do the work and all I got was the run around that an installer would call with his ETA .
Well the next call I got was the installer standing in my yard saying I’m at your house . I came from Mocksville and there’s no signal from there to your house in Walkertown . All that way couldn’t get one signal to let someone know what time or even a ballpark of what time . They are very unprofessional and once you sign that contract , they’re money hungry and care nothing about answering you or supplying you with any info . So paying 2,940 dollars for gutters at least should include an itemized bill / contract and not have to beg for one or beg for an ETA . Lack of professionalism and would not recommend to anyone .

They answer this saying to call them and they really care , but when you call , they call you a liar and they’re the liars

Installation was done by your staff and they made sure that all trash/unneeded items were disposed of properly.

The crew did a great job,pulled up ask me how I wanted downspouts turned,verified inch gutter and color.Did a great job fast cleaned up mess and was gone.

They were fast and Good! They did what they said they would do! Thanks

The installer did a great job with my installation. The gutter guards look really good. Now we just need to wait and see how they perform when it rains.

They finished the job fast and looks great, I did however find a few screws after the job.

The job was done great. The installers were friendly and nice to my wife and I.

Anthony (sales rep) was a little bit pushy and forgot a lot of stuff. Kind of a space cadet, on some things.

Shawn (project manager) was kinda of a joke. Lack of communication, I had to reach out to him many of times to get a time when the installer will be there. No communication with him.

Very fair pricing, showed up on time, quality work and craftsmanship, and all warranties were explained in detail. Would recommend!
