It always seemed to me that they have better prices so I have favored them over the others. No regrets at all!

This is great small business. I have found them to be helpful & honest I have purchased many Items from them every thing from ordering online to delivery has been a pleasant experience. I once had an entire order lost I contacted GG via support email and they reshipped me a new order and included a surprise freebie I was ecstatic!! One other time I ordered a spring loaded knife that arrived with a defect again I contacted GG and they immediately issued me an RMA and replaced it no problem no questions asked Wow! Finally there is one more thing I need to say. I had recently purchased a beautiful mini K-bar “The Marine” I love this knife anyway it was stolen out of my truck. I contacted GG told them what happened and requested to purchase a replacement. To my surprise they gave me a jaw dropping discount. Yes GG can be trusted they go above and beyond in customer service BZ GG!!!

First and foremost, I love Gunner Gear because I have been able to find items there that I can't find anywhere else! During my most recent purchase, I encountered a glitch and the items I ordered did not correspond to my invoice. I sent an email to their excellent support team who immediately stopped the transaction and issued a refund. Then they gave me the opportunity to try my order again - and that time everything completed without issue! I really appreciate a company with outstanding customer service!!!!!!

Gunner Gear LLC actually credited my card in timely fashion, evidently they experienced delays with supply chain. But GG Admin folks responded satisfactory to refund my money. I will give Gunner Gear LLC another chance just hope the supply chains are more cooperative!

Got everything I needed, for the second time they have dropped the priced mid-week and I got everything before the stock ran out. Great service by all means!

I haven't had a lot of experience with them, but what I have had has been great. I previously ordered a green laser and I am really impressed by the quality of the build and the built-in safety measures. I have since ordered a blue laser but made an error in my ordering process which ended up to be more than I wanted. I sent a panic email to them and was answered very soon. It was the next day, but I sent the email very late.
I'm pretty sure that the next time they have something I can't live without, I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 Big Trump Knives for the men in my family. When the order was rec'd I was short 1 knife. I emailed customer service and rec'd a response within 48 hours with an apology for the error & assuring me it would be shipped. I rec'd the knife over this past weekend as promised. Thank you, John and Emily, in customer service for a fast response and fulfilling my order. I prefer supporting American small businesses and Gunner Gear did not disappoint!
