Mon projet Telecaster

Lack of after sales support …
I ordered a guitar kit on Saturday evening and it arrived by Wednesday morning, opened the kit and everything
looks fine. So far 3-4 stars for that.
The issue I have is with trying to get some help with my account.
I created an account but have been unable to get into it to since I created it.
The site recognises my email address but constantly says my account is temporarily disabled try later, I do, but same message.
I have tried resetting password my number of times but I just get into some silly loop about needing a password,
I try adding a new account with my email but I’m told it already exists.
I have emailed their support for help a number of times but no reply.
I tried calling but no answer.
My concern is the lack of help if needed and after sales support.
Also I wasn’t able to track my order online but fortunately DPD let me know when it would arrive.
I had planned to get a couple of other kits if my first one turns out well but I think I will be going elsewhere to purchase them.

JM Style Kit
Kit and other bits and pieces arrived within the week. The quality of both body and neck were a lot better than I expected. The ash guitar body is very impressive and nice to work with. The instructions are clear but still give you opportunity to do further research by providing links to websites and YouTube. I’ve no idea how I will get on with the assembly and set up, or how it will sound, but I have high hopes given the quality of the wood. So far,so,good, and not expensive at all.
Now finished. It looks great but more importantly it sounds brilliant. No need to change the pickups. The P90s are perfectly balanced and provide a nice range of sounds.

Hi Mark
Thank you very much for your kind review on our JM guitar kit. We are extremely glad that we did not fail you from the moment you received the kit until when you built sucessfully your guitar.
Your mentioning on not changing pickups confirms what we have been trying to tell our customers to do: always use the provided pickups and see how it goes before changing/ upgrading to match their own music style.
Thank you again, Mark and if possible, please share a video of your guitar playing.
Kind regards,

Shipping Cost too much!
I don't like the fact that I didn't know what the shipping charge was until I paid for my purchase. It was almost as much as what I purchased!

Slow reaction on processing an order
Since last Wednesday when I placed the order I am still awaiting confirmation that the DIY kit has been sent. Which means there's no way to receive it within just several working days as stated in the site

Hi Filip, Thank you for taking your time leaving us a reivew and I am sorry for the experience that you had in a late shipment. We have chosen UPS for your shipment to make sure that the guitar kit arrived on time for you, but for some reason the shipment took longer than expected for your kit to be delivered to Bulgary. We have proposed to you several solutions and unfortunately you chose to cancel the order with us. I hope that all is cleared now and please do let us know if you need further assistance. Kind regards,
No para principiantes
Si no tienes experiencia y tienes herramientas de carpintero, estos kits no te valen. Están medio acabados y las instrucciones son poco claras.

Very nice sunburst green/black !
I had in remind to renew my old Epiphone Guitar. As I never pratice any wood working, I sent some questions to the website. the team sent me a lot on information and advise, considering my color target and the wood of my guitar. I am really satisfied with the result. The alcool dye colors are really easy to use, even a sunburst is made in a few hours.

Absolutely no issues with the product…
Absolutely no issues with the product (so far) and delivery to Canada was days ahead of schedule. My kit instructions were in French but the company resolved it within minutes. I am just about to start sanding now. Down the rabbit hole I go . . .
