unprofessional, terrible customer experience
Kristi Ware frequently sends mailers to our home so I reached out via email to get a homeowners insurance quote. She didn’t even take my business, just immediately handed me off to another agent in her office, Bryant James.
When I pointed out that the quotes they provided were uncompetitively high compared to other local brokers, Bryant ignored my email and sent me an automated rejection email refusing to work with me.
Do not waste your time responding to their junk mail. They are only interested in high-pressure phone tactics. I hope they stop sending us junk mail considering they aren’t interested in helping customers.

I was solicited by Kristi Ware through a mailing to my wife in regards to Home Owners insurance. I sent her an email with a somewhat detailed explanation of what our current carrier is proposing--dwelling and liability coverage and deductibles. She responded with a request for our ages I suppose in the hopes of bundling auto insurance. This was not my request. She also asked for roof age which is a valid question though I would think Google map could show roof condition. She mentioned that she was passing this info onto Frankie Cardona to further the process. Frankie started his email with "Hey Tim"--a "Hi" is more appropriate. He in turn asked for the declaration page of the proposal I have received and a phone call before proceeding to work a quote. I have responded that other insurance companies have responded with quotes not having that page. The experience has been a turn off.

Worst insurance company ever!!!
I reached out to the sales department in hopes of saving some money on my home insurance. I provided all my info to get a quote and sent over my declaration page. A few weeks have now went by and I was just informed that I have a new home insurance company. Never did i say I wanted to bind my policy, I was under the impression that if I send my declaration page it was to get a apples to apples comparison of coverage to what I currently have and not have my quote turned into a policy. My lender reached out stating they stopped making payments on my old escrow account and were billed by the policy Guardian setup to be billed to the new insurance company.
My current new policy that was illegally written with Guardian and billed through escrow to my lender is $200 more per month then my old policy.
My old policy was canceled since the lender stopped making payments on it. I reached out to Guardian and they stated it was a system glitch and they have no record of anyone processing anything from their side. But they sent me the declaration page, esign documents to sign and registration link to sign up with the new company that I never completed and that sat in my inbox without my approval or knowledge.
THIS COMPANY DOES SHADY BUSINESS!!!!
Do not send them your declaration page as they will get your escrow information from it and bind it without your approval and then come up with lies to claim it was a glitch.

Misleading “$100 Gift Card” Offer + 7-Day Quote Delay (One Star)
I contacted Guardian Service for homeowners and auto insurance quotes and sent my declaration pages within the same hour. The process was mishandled from the start and took 7 days to receive a quote. Communication was extremely difficult—I experienced missed call-back appointments and no responses to my messages, which created unnecessary frustration and delays.
Sales leadership eventually had to step in, and another agent worked to salvage the situation. I appreciate the effort to move it forward, but it should not have required escalation to get a basic quote.
My biggest concern is the marketing. The mailer promised a “$100 gift card” with no obligation to buy or switch, and it included a physical card printed with $100 that looks like a prepaid card (card number/expiration-style formatting) and even says “call to activate.” That presentation clearly suggests you’re being issued a real gift card/prepaid reward. However, what I ultimately received was $100 Amazon credit, and nowhere in the materials I received did it disclose that the reward would be Amazon credit instead of the advertised “gift card.” To me, that’s misleading advertising. Consumers should be cautious: if you respond to this offer, take screenshots/save the mailer and ask for the incentive terms in writing before spending your time. This experience seriously damaged my trust.
In the end, they couldn’t beat my current homeowners or auto policies—so after all the delays and back-and-forth, this was a complete waste of time and energy.

I asked them to remove me from their mailing lists numerous times and they still send me junk mail. I made it clear every time that I did not want to do business with them, BUT, junk mail kept coming with enclosed gift card to get me to do business with them. The card said that I could keep the card even if I didn't want to change to their plans. BUT, only if I let them have all my data. That should be illegal. It came from Kristi Ware with her direct phone line, but I was informed that she was the manager and DID NOT take calls. She lets the underlings handle everything. I don't want their TRASH to have to haul off and that is what unsolicited mail is......TRASH

Guardian coverage for sewer and water supply lines
Too early for me to give a constructive review; however I did not realize that we needed to have coverage for sewer and water supply lines because home insurance does not cover if something should happen. Price per month is very affordable. Glad that I purchased the coverage.
