Great experience when taking the pikes peak for a service and to sort problems with the sat nav set up!
Erick the engineering was so helpful and didn’t stop until got it for me contacting even Ducati head office in Italy.

We were on a touring holiday and came out one morning to be faced with a flat tyre on the Versys 1000. Pumped up the tyre and discovered a slow leak. Visited GT Motorcycles for help and needed a new Pilot road 4 tyre. Not in stock but could be ordered for next day. Even though there workshop was fully booked for the coming days they managed to fit us in at such short notice. Arrived mid morning to allow plenty of leeway for the technicians and spent most of the day waiting in the excellent on-site café. I have to say the service we received from all the staff was excellent and if we didn't live on the coast in East Anglia, this would certainly become our go-to Kawasaki dealer. Managed the rip back to Suffolk without any further issues.

Steve was super responsive , had everything I needed , and made the transaction simple .

I am leaving this 1-star review based entirely on the facts of my experience after purchasing a brand-new Honda SH Mode 125 from this dealership.

Here is an objective summary of the issues I encountered:

• Illegal Vehicle Supply: The dealership supplied a brand-new vehicle fitted with incorrect registration plates, meaning I was unknowingly riding a vehicle that was not legally compliant.

• Irresponsible Advice: When I reported the issue, the Director (Mike) dismissed my concerns and stated that they would simply explain the situation to the police on my behalf if I were stopped, without properly addressing the legal risks to the rider.

• Lack of Transparency: The dealership attempted to collect the vehicle to rectify the issue without providing any paperwork, receipt, collection record, or other documentation confirming transfer of custody.

• Unprepared Staff: When a mechanic attended to replace the plate, he arrived without the necessary equipment to complete the work and I was required to provide my own power drill so the job could be finished.

These are the facts of my experience. Based on this, you can decide for yourself whether this is a business you would trust with your money and peace of mind.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the workshop staff at GT's and to Jack in particular, who was just phenomenal with my Ducati Monster. After dissatisfaction with another dealer, I took it to GT's, they identified the fault quickly and repaired it promptly and at a good price. Their level of professionalism in this business is 1st class. And a shout out to Lisa on workshop reception, knowledgeable, polite and patient with me!😁

Looking to buy brand new bike . 20 mins not one person spoke to me even on way out not even a bye . Never go there again.

This was an outstanding transaction for me. International shipping for a rare OEM part. Flawless from start to finish.

Bought a new Kawasaki Ninja 1000sx 40th Anniversary from GT Motorcycles. Made contact via the Autotrader contact form. Received a quick reply from James. This was a distance purchase for me, living in North Yorkshire. The whole process, dealing with James was first class. I got an excellent p/x price for Honda Rebel SE and was kept informed at all stages re delivery times and costs for my new bike. Bike was delivered by Steve, who was extremely professional and explained the supplied documentation thoroughly. A very reliable business to deal with and would recommend them highly.

Poor servicing, bike in for warranty work. took 2 months, problem misdiagnosed and no information till I turned up to collected the bike. When I did get the bike back the heated grips and trickle charger connection had not been connected and left loose. Battery had no securing strap / horn not connected with no wires leading to it (Both MOT fails). Hydraulic unit cover did not have the 2 plastic securing pins in so was hanging lose directly in front of the rear tyre collecting crud. "14 July" following the initial review I have been contacted by GT with both apologies and reassurance that issues have been corrected, so thank you GT for a positive response in person.

There are some products that are not sold in Japan. They responded quickly and the time from ordering to shipping was quick. I would like to use them again in the future.
