Transfer process from our old IFA was fairly stress-free, albeit lengthy. Now we are “in” and the relationship is settling down, they seem to be getting on with their job and doing it well. Only time will tell (hence 4*)!

Having now been with GSi for over a…
Having now been with GSi for over a year, the understanding between the team and us as clients has reached greater understanding. Like anything it takes a while to reach a trust and understanding for the business relationship to grow. Plus, with more regulation, comes more paperwork, and it's very often us as clients a confusing and long winded way forward that has become the norm, and it's "that" understanding that can become frustrating at times.
