Pathetic, took them a week to process and ship an order

This is a great product and the quality is excellent. Love the shirts. Turned some Patriots to this product. This a very Patriotic business and the people that work there are awesome. The Customer Service is excellent and they get what needs to be fixed, fixed. God bless.

You see something totally cool and they string you along with shipping and keep stringing you along and keep stringing you along I decided that there are better options elsewhere!

Descent T-shirts, but expect to wait a month for your product to arrive!

Quality has definitely gone down. I’ve bought about 100 shirts in the last 5 years and will not purchase again. Sizing is all over the place. One shirt in a 2x is to small and another in 2x is to large. Definitely disappointing.

Let me start by saying I love Grunt Style shirts. They're super comfortable, fit well, and the quality is excellent. I've purchased several over the years and have always been happy with the products themselves.

So why only 2 stars?

Unfortunately, everything after the product has been a disappointment. Customer service, especially the chat support, feels very scripted and provides mostly canned responses rather than actually addressing concerns.

My most recent order was placed on the 13th and didn't ship until the 19th—the same day I was originally supposed to receive it. When I reached out for an update, I wasn't given any meaningful information or assistance.

What really frustrated me was asking about starting a return due to the shipping delay. Instead of addressing my concerns, I received another canned response informing me that I would have to pay a restocking fee—even if the shirt was never opened. So the order takes six days to ship, misses the expected delivery date, and if I'm unhappy enough to return it, I'm expected to pay a restocking fee for a product that is still brand new in the package.

If you're not in a hurry and don't mind waiting, then it's probably not a big deal. But if you're expecting timely shipping or responsive customer service, you may want to adjust your expectations.

Great shirts. Poor customer service, slow shipping, and an unfriendly return policy.

Ordered four shirts on June 5. One of the shirts was a pre-order that stated it would be shipped within 10 days. It has been 17 days and still has not been received. Ordered for Father’s Day gifts and not here. Email received from Customer Service on 6/17 stating they’d be shipped out that week. As of today 6/22 still not shipped. Very disappointing. :(

Love their T-shirts, I purchased one for my husband for Father’s Day and he wore it right away! It is very soft and sized right! We enjoy buying from this veteran owned company and always come back for more great shirts!!

The Final Verdict: 11/10. I originally bought one just to try it out, and now I am actively replacing my entire wardrobe with them. If you value your skin's happiness, do yourself a favor and upgrade. Just be prepared for the fact that it will utterly ruin all your other clothes for you.

I love gruntstyle shirts, they're comfortable and affordable, plus we get to show our Patriotism towards the greatest nation in history!

I buy from Grunt Style both online and in their stores. I have never had a bad experience with either one. Their shirts always fit me true to size. They always have good quality and stand behind their product. More companies should follow their business plan!

I absolutely love everything I buy from Grunt Style!! It’s so nice to purchase a ‘women’s’ t-shirt that fits perfectly & accentuates our assets vs wearing a men’s shirt that just hangs on us. Good products big selection fast shipping and most important exceptional customer service

On June 9, 2026 I had dialed what I believed to be Grunt Style customer service, but mistakenly dialed 877-544-7868. This is just one number off (the correct number is 877 554 7868), and the answering person lied to me about being a "partial employee" of Grunt Style. In fact, they were not even a partial employee of Grunt Style, but likely a skimmer/hacker or some other bad actor. The experience was awful, and the terrible encounter only escalated with complete dissatisfaction misdirected at Grunt Style. However, on June 10, 2026, Grunt Style Customer Service reached out and wanted to hear my concern. After discussing the issue with Neil in Customer Service, we identified what happened with the faulty phone number. Neil got it right from the getgo, and he apologized up and down for the whole ordeal - even though it wasn't his fault. He demonstrated everything that I would expect from an incredible AMERICAN business. To be honest, I was glad the mistake was mine, and that Grunt Style maintains the true-blue American Brand they mean to deliver on. I can only say great things about this business and very happy to rightsize this review to reflect their mission. Thank you for your patience with me, Grunt Style. You guys are awesome. It’s always awesome to see and shop in the stores when I’m traveling around! Unfortunately I don’t have one close to home. Love the designs and quality is always on point!

All of my shirts that I have owned have fit perfectly and comfortably. The company in my opinion is the best in America! I am all in on owning many more shirts and maybe even a couple of hoodies

Ordered three special edition tee’s, took about a month to get them and they showed up in two separate packages.

I opened both packages as was hit with the odor of old shipping container, poop, and moth balls.

I inspected the shirts for debris or staining and there wasn’t any. I washed them twice on the heavy soiled setting on my washing machine and it didn’t touch the odor.

Contacted customer service and was offered a discount if I wanted to keep them or return them.

I opted for the latter, and was sent return information which can only be processed at a location that works with their shipping company “Happy”, instead of a regular carrier store.

Lastly, I’m super disappointed in Grunt Style, I’ve been buying their products for years and believed their products were American made - I learned today they aren’t.

I visited the store in the Tanger Outlet mall in Branson, MO. If I'm being honest, those guys deserve a raise! I probably bought a dozen shirts for myself and my family. The staff was very helpful, helped me find several different items and suggested several products fitting to my twisted sense of humor! I can't say enough good things about the people. I only gave four stars because I'm not easily impressed. While the shirts are good quality for this day and age, I grew up in the 1970s when garments were heavier and lasted for years if not decades. If the shirts had been of that quality, which is near impossible to find anymore, I would have given five stars.

Horrible customer service and returns going back to TVH never had the issues there. bought some shirts for the wife and sizes are not correct so exchanged set it up over the phone once they got my exchange in hand the said they could not process due to low inventory on that SKU#. I don't care how many you have we had an agreement and processed a return. Now I'm told they have no items to ship because inventory low if you have 1 sell 1 fill your orders. Bad business practice and bad way to treat veterans and service members who your whole model was built off of not to mention I ordered shirts for Memorial Day and they didn't ship them for a week and didn't get them till after the holiday.
