Chuffed to bits with my purchase. The bird feeders are a great size so not having to top up as much and great quality so hopefully keep the squirrels on their own feeder.

We have brought 2 of he’s so call squirrel and Starling proof 1 has an interchangeable feeder in it and the other one is just for fat balls.
Both allow large birds and squirrels to get to the food.
These are made well but they don’t do what he says they do

Looks good, thought this was just the job,put my three jars of food in ,which holds many size jars.
Little birds were loving it,then the starlings hit, food spat out everywhere, which in turn attracts the even bigger birds, absolute chaos not to mention all the bird poo!
Great idea, just a shame the mesh isn't a little smaller.
Great price and well made .
If you're not bothered about all the bigger birds using it then it's fine.
I have ground feeders for them .
I wanted something for the littler birds.

Grumpy gardeners Deluxe Squirrel and starling proof bird feeder. A joke it has stopped the squirrel but I had 10+ starlings eating from it. They can reach the food from the outside. A design fault. Customer service said its propably the young this was early last month they have just appeared with there parents this week. What a waste of money. It dosent do what it said on the tin guys.

every time I use the hose my hands get a black substance on them.
After contacting the grumpy gardener company they just tried to palm me off .
I even told them I can return the hose to them for examination but I had no reply.
I’m surprised that the seller ( qvc ) would even sell there obviously inferior products.

This company lies they sent the wrong items as described. You get everything in plastic bags not in tubs like they advertise. They just lie and deceive people do not trust this cowboy company.

Grumpy gardener deceive you and lie they sell you things in tubs containers and then send everything in plastic bags loose they’ve done this twice to me now I don’t recommend this company. They are liars fraudster

I bought a couple of bird feeders, (A suit double block feeder and a peanut butter jar holder) They look good and are very well made and of high quality, far better than my previous feeders, hopefully they should last many years, the only comment I would make is the lanyard on the peanut feeder is non adjustable and the feeder tilts slightly upwards, possibly causing rain water to enter the peanut jar, it would be better to slant downward, time will tell and I don't think it will be hard to alter.

Items are relatively expensive compared to other sites and the quality is not there compared to other similar items from other sites. An item we purchased lasted 10 months which is poor considered it wasn't that cheap. Customer service is not great either. We wonder if they think they are beyond themselves as they sell on a larger well known site. We would not recommend at all and would suggest shopping elsewhere. You can pick up similar, better quality items for the same price.

My grumpy garden hose which was hardly used over the winter ,and only had just over 12 months and therefore warranty had run out, the brass fitting came apart which has ball bearings in and now I cannot get the part that fits onto the hose , and can’t use it anymore so complete waste of money and would not recommend this hose to anyone .

The grumpy Gardener expandable hoze is advertised on Qvc again. I wrote a review of my good experience with QVC but poor experience with Grumpy Gardener customer service and their product that punctured in several areas of the home within 11 month. GG refused to replace. QVC stepped in and eventually resolved. I wrote suggesting a 1 year warranty instead of 60 days as this is not a yearly purchase and 60 days is not enough time to identify problems for an item used a lot throughout the year.

QVC blocked my reasonable questions and review. I spend thousands a year at QVC, so Not the response and respect for a customer's concern I expected! Could this be deemed a cover up?
I wrote:
"Very poor product and very poor response for resolve from the actual retailer. QVC thankfully resolved after 11month but this should have been resolved by the actual retailer GG"

PLEASE CHECK THE VERY SMALL BEST BEFORE DATE. I purchased sunflower hearts. They arrived 1st May and the best before date was March 2025!!!
I'm guessing lots of people don't check dates on bird food but this food isn't cheap. I contacted them and they tried to fob me off saying g that the staff accidently put the production date on by mistake which I feel is rubbish. Had this been genuine you eould expect they would have made you aware with a simple note in the box. They're response was to tell me that they won't go rotten if stored correctly!!!! But they will lose their nutritional benefits though won't they. So we could be spending lots of money on bird seed that has lost all its nutrition because we have no idea how old the product is.
No apology just a ' we will collect it' no apology or offer of replacement. I urge you check your dates as spending money on seed that has probably lost all its nutrition obviously is a complete waste of money. Awful attitude and far from the friendly 'act' that they put on for the cameras on QVC don't think they care at all about best before dates, just want your money

I had a hose set from Grumpy Gardner. The spray gun went faulty after 11 months. I contacted them via their website and a replacement was sent out very quickly.

I recently gave a very poor review concerning some fat balls I had ordered via QVC. When they arrived they were in a pretty poor state. Having contacted the company with photos, I have had a very quick response, an apology, and am being sent some replacements. Now, that is good customer service.

What has this company done with their Deluxe Mix Fatball's'? They used to be so good and the birds just couldn't get enough of them. Now, the birds actively avoid them and go for anything but their Fatballs. I cannot believe the decline in the take up by the bird population, even the Magpies take one look and flyoff.

Ordered 2 x 2.5 kg Tubs Nutpecker birdfood received birdfood in blue plastic bags, not as ordered.
I contacted the company and was informed that the birdfood came in plastic bags, l then received a call from 'Joe' who informed me that was how the birdfood came and has done so for well over a year and they haven't made any attempt to change the product description in that time. Joe actually assumed an apology would make it all OK, what would make it all OK was to get the products l ordered.
This is why we have Trading Standards-now informed.

Ordered a month ago via QVC and got an email same day saying fat balls were being despatched! Nothing arrived and no communication from them to say when they are arriving!
This is the second time it’s taken weeks. Won’t order again!

Just received my order for a 2.5kg tub of Nutpecker peanut better & there is no 'TUB' the peanut butter is just in a blue unsealable plastic bag so it will dry out & spoil long before the birds eat in all, total ripoff & waste of money.

I bought a grumpy gardner expanding hose from QVC 4 years ago and it's still going good- put it away in the winter- must have got a good one- waiting for them to come back & buy a spare one- James

Bought the extendable hose from QVC. I caused myself a problem by unscrewing part of the tap end by mistake. Contacted Grumpy Gardener and they could not have been more helpful, excellent customer service in my experience. I’m delighted with the hose which is so lightweight compared to my previous one and has so many different settings on the nozzle. Works a treat in my garden.
