I came to work with Piers and his team since I got a few days bookings and sometimes no bookings plus I got a few long term enquiries for bookings but it ended up with no confirmation. When I started working with Piers and his team, I wasn't really sure if serviced accommodation would be something really worth it to keep running as I couldn't see profits coming (all of it would go to cover bills and cleaning team)...
