Me and my business partner wanted to figure out ways to just bring more opportunities to our business. Piers and his team really nailed how and why guests booked direct and their preferred ways using Google and website ranking. We both are busy individuals so Piers suggested a virtual assistant and we thought we are not making enough and adding another cost to the business might not be worth while, but actually we have not only hired someone now but hardly do any marketing or listing work. Working with Piers as a returning client and again a massive improvement from what we did as an our brand work. My old business partner handled everything online so i wanted a refresher on what we did and the types of properties we now have is different to when I worked with Piers and his team initially.
