I have been working with growiagency for over a year now. I had been looking for an agency that I could trust to always provide not only great service, but great guidance as well. I had interviewed many agencies and still have so many reach out to me all the time- but time has proven that I made the best choice. Everything I was told would be done has and most importantly, I trust my agent.

When someone promises you that they’re going to do something, and they actually follow through and not only meet the expectations that they gave you but exceed them that is a refreshing thing in this world of online digital marketing and advertising. These guys age great. Highly recommend them!
I strongly advise anyone considering working with Growi Agency to think twice. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They painted a very polished image online, but once payment was sent, everything changed.
They pressured me to pay through Zelle, which should have been the first warning sign, since it offers no protection. After payment, communication dropped off almost entirely. No updates, no deliverables, and no willingness to answer questions. When I pressed for clarification, I was met with vague excuses and eventually complete silence.
The “team” they promote across their profiles does not appear legitimate most of the accounts seem fabricated or AI-driven, all connected only to make the company look credible. In reality, there was no real service, no follow-through, and no accountability.
This is not just poor business it feels like a deliberate scam operation. Don’t fall for the professional façade or flashy website. If you value your time and money, avoid Growi Agency altogether.

If this was a misunderstanding, we are entirely open to resolving it; otherwise, we will request the platform to remove this review for lack of verification.
This company is nothing more than a scam. They present themselves as professional and responsive in the beginning, constantly communicating until the moment they receive payment. After that, all communication stops. No service is delivered, no follow-up, nothing but excuses and silence.
The biggest red flag is that they request payment through Zelle, which no credible company does that. Once they have your money, you have no recourse. Their website and profiles look convincing at first glance, but it doesn’t take long to realize most of the “team” members are either fake or AI-generated accounts, likely tied to an offshore operation.
This is a very unprofessional and dishonest way to do business. Do not fall for their polished profiles or promises they are all connected in a way designed to make them look credible, but it’s smoke and mirrors.
If you value your time, money, and trust, avoid this company at all costs.
