It’s a scam it let me set up account and it won’t let me log

I reached for the support multiple times that the tool is not working on me. It gives always unauthorized access. They always say the same thing click login again, and yet the same problem. It worked like two days out of 30 days. Very frustrating. I paid basically for nothing.

I signed up to GroupBuySEO Tools last month (March 2025) after contacting the owner, David with my specific instructions. He confirmed that everything would work. It did for 5 days, then the subscription on the app I was paying for had expired and David did not renew the subscription.

I had paid $10.95 and only used the app for 5 days then no access. I contacted David, who said he would look into it. He never replied back. I thought that he was waiting for more people to subscribe to the app before renewing the subscription. I contacted him at the end of my paid subscription asking if he had fixed the problem and if he could reinstate my access.

He said that he had fixed it after he had messaged me, which is not true. I showed him my email thread and all the messages. He then said that I had received fair use and would not extend or refund.

I hate to speak ill of people, so I won't. What I will say is that I was not happy with the product or service.

These people are Scammers. I wish I could add a screenshot here. Please don't look at the good reviews, they all work together. They just created this site to scam people. They always claim that those who gave them bad ratings are their competitors but THAT'S NOT TRUE !!! Now I believe those people. they don't actually sell any software. I have paid for 3 different software but none of them works. they also don't respond to any complaints on their site rather they come here to defend their evil. The last software i paid for was Midjourney for $8.95. They will show you this statement during checkout "Note: We will not refund when we provide service information. Please consider before buying." All I am saying here is True. They use Stripe, PayPal, and Payoneer for this scam. I will be writing to these companies as well. PLEASE...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless your complaints will come after mine. Please believe me!!! or you will regret it like me!

They are a scammer. Once u pay they will never reply your chat anymore. Beware of the 5 stars FAKE reviews. I was attracted to them as they are much cheaper than other site. No good things come cheap. It's their sneaky tactic to get your $$$. Go read other 1 star reviews with similar experiences.

Update (8 sept): these scammers are trying very hard to get my review removed, so they can scam more people. They have reported (to Trustpilot) my review numerous times as fake, misleading, reviewed wrong website, etc.

I ordered ahrefs few hours ago. Got my order processed few moments later. I got a google spreadsheet with login. The website is poorly built. I contacted support. They told me i need to download an app. I installed this app and it asked for a lot of permissions (complete access to my computer). Anyways i completed the installation and tried using it. It didn't work, contacted support told me to use chrome instead of firefox. Used chrome. It still didn't work. Contacted support, they told me I am reseller and we don't refund lol and started typing in veitnamese (just few hours after i placed order. Big Scam! Stay away

Now looking at all the positive review on this site. All are from Vietnam. These positive reviews must be fake. Anyways the site owner completely blocked my ip. I can't even open the site.

Edit: Owner just added a reply, He is a scammer. If you want to buy, check all reviews from countries except "Vietnam". If you still consider buying, only use PayPal so you can charge back.

Amazing after service! Never expected it would be this good!.

Not the best at all to be fair. I gave them nearly a month sub for the benefit of the doubt but most apps are hit and miss. At least three off the main ones I needed never worked, customer service is very very mediocre.

For value it's great but that is where it stays for me I'm afraid. I am hoping I can find a better one soon even if I pay more. I think on this occasion 3 stars is appropriate. It's not the worst and for value you do get some premium apps very cheaply but not the best experience.
