I think their should be class action arbitration against them for selling such trash then not even standing behind it

Unless you enjoy constant troubleshooting and terrible customer service, don't buy this item. Have had mine for close to two years now. I spend way more time fixing it than I do looking at. It is a constant aggravating annoyance rather than the zen I bought it for. Overpriced garbage. Don't waste your time or money.
Update: I have opened NUMEROUS support tickets including an email dialog last week. Nice try

Would not buy from Grounded Labs again. First, their customer service is awful. Canned messages and absolutely ZERO support. I ordered a table in June 2025 and was told it’d be delivered by September. September came and went - no update - no outreach. December rolls around, still no table. I contacted the company to understand what the delay was and got a canned message that my table would arrive in September 2025. Mind you, it’s now January 2026. March rolls around and still no table or update and the company’s solution was to cancel my order. Just absolutely vile. Homedics makes a superior product and you can actually deal with caring humans there. Buy one of those tables instead. Steer clear of Grounded Labs!!

I backed Grounded Labs on kickstarter and have had my device for years. Even though the product was in storage for a year and time zone difference is substantial, they had prompt and helpful customer service! We were able to get it back up and running after a few troubleshooting attempts.
Highly recommend and I definitely aim to get more of their products!
I am not sure why there have been so many negative reviews. Mine has worked great from day one and when there was an issue, they solved it immediately. I love my Oasis Mini!

I bought this for myself for Christmas. I didn't wind up setting it up until January. I got 3 months of use out of it. Then an update/upgrade popped up and you couldn't click no or download later, you could only say ok. It hasn't worked since. It won't connect now. I've reached out to customer service for help, letting them know I tried everything on their troubleshooting sheet. They emailed me the same directions for troubleshooting they put in the box. I let them know I'm not ignorant and I already tried that! And that is why I was reaching out for more help. None of these are cheap, and I enjoyed it while it worked, but if one update/upgrade is all it takes to shut the whole thing down, then it is not worth the money.

I really tried to be patient with them but this has been such a headache. I was a Kick Starter supporter. My table was delivered in January 2026 and I've been talking to their support team on and off ever since. It started with a loud clanking sound and once I got through with support it hasn't worked. I've had to take the entire thing apart three times, I've done two video calls, they've shipped me a new engine only to have the board break and need to ship me a new one that still hasn't gotten here. You have to stay on top of support to get anything done or shipped or things just stall out and you lose time.
It's a very expensive normal table in the corner of my living room. I hate when people notice it because I'm embarrassed to have spent so much money on something that doesn't work and having to explain the concept to them is even worse.

Backed early on the Kickstarter. The tables quality exceeded my expectations, it's gorgeous and works great. Mine recently stopped working and customer service was so quick, responsive polite and helpful. They are RMA-ing my table which I hadn't known was even an option, being a Kickstarter campaign. Very pleased with the experience and will happily recommend.
My experience was beyond 5 stars very fast with a response with questions and problem solving. With my recent issues they were very fast to come up with a solution and not dragging it out for days like other companies do. Their customer service is absolutely amazing.
I love my oasis mini so much! I had to buy the side table as well! I wish they had more girlie designs like more flowers, teddie bears, hiland cows. Also more American stuff like the American flag, combat boots, armed forces stuff. A lot more flower stuff for sure. But did I mention how much I love them! Also, I wish they had an option to buy extra bags of sand the size needed for the side tables. But again… I LOVE MY TABLES SO MUCH!!!!
Bought the oasis table from kickstarter October of 2024. Obviously there was delays and drama with tariffs and R&D. So it didn’t arrive until January of 2026. The second I got it there was a loud clicking noise so I emailed them. They scheduled me for a video call appointment a week later and the guy had me take apart the table just to do “fix” it. I put the table back together and because it takes forever to sketch an image I thanked him and hung up assuming it was fixed. Turns out it was significantly worse and they wanted me to schedule another appointment that was two weeks away just to diagnose the problem which I refused because at this point this table has been collecting dust for a month and I needed a solution not a diagnosis. Anyways Zach (the part owner of the company) told me twice in February and march that parts are arriving to their warehouse and he’ll send out replacement parts asap. It’s now April and I still haven’t gotten parts or a fix or a solution after 26 back and forth emails. Please do not buy this product. I wanted to love it so much but it was a genuine waste of $800

Buyer beware! I ordered a table in December and have been told monthly that it would ship “next month”. Here we are 5 months later and still no table. I have tried emails but it is an AI response every single time. No actual response that provides an update. I suspect a lot of the reviews I read were not real either and that this is an actual scam.
Update: I have copies of all emails received and each one was noted in the response was from “Shaye”. If Shaye is a real person working there and not a chat bot, they did not provide transparency regarding my questions. The answers were vague and provided excuses as to why the shipment was delayed each month. Often the answers were contradictory in the email saying tables were being sorted and would be sent out in a couple of weeks only to learn a few weeks later they weren’t available for shipping after all. If this is a legitimate business, I would strongly encourage the consideration of better communication and transparency for people when they order. Consumer trust is important and it looks from many reviews that this is an ongoing issue.

Paid over $840 for a table in January. The advertisement said SHIPPING JANUARY.
It’s now March, the same ads show shipping April.
I’ve been misled via email on deadlines and timelines citing a different excuse each time.
Look at the prior posts, they clearly ship out the item when a complaint is made and then post a response like it was taken care of already.
Here’s what they do.
They take your money and hold out on people until enough are ordered that they can buy them at a bulk discount.
Unfortunate.

Ordered on Sat and received on the Wednesday, extremely well packaged!! Absolutely delighted with the build quality and very easy to set up. First picture was amazing, set up at my work which is an old folks home and they absolutely love it! Do you also supply extra sand just in case it’s knocked over? If so how much?

Good luck getting whatever you order. I’ve been waiting almost a year! If you go on their website it says it will ship out within 6-7 days.. yet here I am still waiting from last May! I ordered it for my husband for Father’s Day! That’s how long we’ve been waiting.. they used to send update emails but I guess they no longer do that. If you ask for an update now, it’s A.I generated so they don’t even give you an actual answer. I’m assuming because too many people didn’t get their product? It’s like they’re prioritizing the people who have bought them recently, not the ones that have been hanging on. Ridiculous. Maybe I should cancel my order and reorder it. I bet I’d get it quicker. I’m just the sucker that believed them. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Exceptional customer service! Long story short, I damaged a part of a friend's Oasis Mini. Instead of purchasing an entirely new unit, I contacted the support team to see if we can resolve it regarding just the one part I broke. They responded within a day, and resolved it smoothly right away. Their demeanor and resolution were both pleasant.
I tried the Oasis Mini at this friend's house as well, and it's cool!
Do not buy from this company. They lie when they say they have responded to messages. The owner is extremely rude and needs to work on his customer service skills. You can find the same product at a cheaper price from other companies.

I really wanted to love the Oasis Mini, but it’s been an ongoing frustration since the day I got it.
When I first received the device, I tried creating playlists of patterns, and it would randomly stop working mid-playlist. The only way to get it running again was to go through a whole ritual of resetting it. It wasn’t a quick fix either. It was a repeated, annoying process that completely killed the experience.
Over time, that specific issue became less frequent, but then it was replaced by a new problem that’s just as bad (if not worse).
Now, when I set up a playlist and run it, the magnet mechanism stops pulling the ball all the way through the full pattern. It starts skipping part of the track, so a middle section gets completely ignored. The result is that the pattern looks broken and “screwed up,” like the device is only half-working.
At this point, it’s hard to trust the device to do what it’s literally designed to do. For something being sold at this price point, the product should work consistently and correctly, not require constant troubleshooting or produce incomplete patterns.
The concept is great, but the execution is unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless they’re okay paying for something that doesn’t fully function the way it’s advertised.

Bought for my wife for Christmas she described it as a gadget for me to use not her that all changed when she began to set it up. Now she thinks it’s the best thing since sliced bread very therapeutic and calming and I get a running commentary on what stage the drawing is at, truly the best thing I’ve bought her
