My wife had told me she really liked the boots she saw online so I ended up getting them for her for Christmas and they were everything they said they would be and then some, comfortable too. They were sent and received without a problem. Thank you

BEWARE!! Don't trust GroovyWish! Their items are not the quality shown. A tab on the booties I ordered broke before I ever wore them. If you don't pay return shipping, you only get a 10% refund. Total scam and not worth the trouble of placing an international order. Don't buy!

UPDATE 1/11/2023: GroovyWish sent through the refund to my account for the order. However, this result was only reached after I posted this review on Trustpilot and on their social media account. Had I not reached out in this way, they would have never made the order right. They would not respond to emails sent directly to them...but the email they reached out to me from was the exact same email address. I am updating my 1-star review to a 3-star review only because they did finally refund the money but asked me to remove the review so they could keep this situation private. I do not agree to completely remove the review, but will update it to a higher star rating. The experience overall with this company was not good and I still do not recommend them.

UPDATE 1/5/23: The company has finally reached out to me as a result of this review on TrustPilot. They have offered to refund my purchase 100%. I will update this review after I have received the refund to my account.

I do NOT recommend this company! Stay away!
They will not respond to your repeated emails asking for return authorization. Quality of shoes is terrible! Plastic junk that is nowhere near what they show in the photos. False advertising! I do NOT recommend this company or their products. They advertise "High-Quality Leather" shoes and then send horribly made plastic shoes that look nothing like what they are advertising online. Their website automatically sends out a request for you to leave a verified review on their page, but when you leave an honest review with 1 star rating they constantly delete the reviews.

I ordered boots from Groovy Wish which took weeks for delivery. What a sham! The "boots" and so called orthotics are made of the cheapest materials. Nothing is the advertised picture resemble their product. The Post office wanted $28.00 to return them to Vietnam. I've sent multiple emails to "Lisa" to resolve the issue and get a full refund. They claim they sent the right size, but the size is now where to be found on the sole, tongue or outer sole, or the "orthotic". A 30% ($15.00) was offered forward another purchase! What a joke, I pd. $44.94 for them. I'm calling the BBB and will warn others of the sham company and their false advertisement!

I placed a order for my wife for Christmas and the boots came late. They were extremely smaller than the size we ordered. I have attempted to contact them to ask about a return or exchange and they have not answered any of the multiple emails I've sent them. Do your homework ahead of time do not buy from groovywish. They will take your money and send you subquality items.

The shipping time is woefully longer than stated when you place your order. Stated 6 days and after ordered get an email saying 20 days.

I ordered waterproof shoes and received poor quality shoes that didn't fit.
When I tried to return them. I found Groovywidh Had NO RETURN POLICY. They wanted me to pay to mail them to Vietnam. and then they offered me a 20% refund. DO NOT BUY HERE

Purchased 'orthotic' boots for somewhere between $65-$70, that looked just adorable in the picture. I have a bad back so thought it was an added benefit that they professed to be orthotic. I received them and the knitting at the top of the boot was not the color that the picture had shown. Instead of grey, it was orang'ish which made the boots ugly. On top of that, the insole was, white, flat and hard. No support or cushion at all! Did I mention that the body of the boot appears to be made of some sort of rubber material? Also, the sole of the shoe seems to be made of hard plastic instead of cushioning rubber. It absolutely has to be the most ridiculous fabrication of a shoe/boot I have ever seen!
I contacted the company because I thought that maybe someone forgot to put the insole in and they would either send it, or a replacement, to me. They asked for pictures. I sent the pictures. Their response was that I had received the correct item but they would refund my money if I paid to return them or they would give me 30% off of my next order.
I will not be utilizing any offer. I will throw these boots away or donate them (although I hesitate to donate them because the way they are made may actually hurt someone's back from wearing them). Luckily the amount lost in this purchase does not affect me but I did want to post this to warn people not to believe the description of their products. They are misrepresentations and clearly are intended to scam.
