Have ordered umpteen dog grooming items for my business over the past ten years from groomers-online. Lately, my grooming table needed renewing and so I purchased a replacement table top from them. It’s described as non slip. Two reviews described it as perfect giving it 5 stars. It arrived and I admit it looked nice. I then replaced my old top and got rid of it. The next day, my first doggy of the day, and I then realised the top was about as non slip as a sheet of ice. Pointless returning it, as I needed the top. Since then, had to purchase a proper non slip ‘coin’ style mat at a fraction of the cost of the table top. I’d describe the table top surface as like a hard plastic and absolutely useless for dogs to be groomed on. I then submitted a review on the product, as I was miffed that I’d purchased something as impractical or unfit for purpose and didn’t want any other groomer wasting their money on it. It never appeared. I then emailed groomers-online and got a reply saying she would ensure it’s looked into and get back to me. Nothing. Resubmitted the review and also emailed it to groomers-online. Nothing. I have come to the conclusion that they appear to be selective as regards negative reviews, as I could imagine anyone seeking a replacement top and reading my review, simply wouldn’t purchase it. Considering they are a major supplier of great products and one of the main grooming companies in the UK, is poor.

First time customer.Received new clippers.After first use on very light trim two of the attachment combs broke.Contacted customer services they were not interested.They said they would call me back but didn’t.Their main aim is to get you off the phone.Never again.

First time dealing with this company , very impressed with the friendly, efficient service. I ordered the coat management dog spray and find it to be a super product for grooming my 3 Bearded Collies
Very happy with my order arrived promptly and made short work of matting on clients dogs, also my own older bearded collie still in full coat made his groom much more comfortable and swift 😀
I’m a retired groomer and let me tell you if we had products like these my work would have been so much easier. Everything arrived well packed and on time . I bought it as we adopted a long coat GS his coat was very dry and lots of tufts these products helped him and me . Oh nearly forgot to say I even used it on my ponies manes and tails and it was amazing.
Pleased with my recent order of the new re-released grooming spray which I set to and used immediately on three Bearded Collies
The first a bath and blow dry on a good quality full show coat, the spray helped me make short work of the small problem areas of elbows, feet etc
The second a frail elderly dog with a sparse coat, matted in places
I groomed him using the spray under the dryer particularly the matted areas, he has a typical old dog attitude to grooming so liberal use of the spray kept the groom speedy and painless
The third Bearded Collie was not dirty enough to qualify for a bath but her coat is very thick like many spayed girls. I groomed her with the spray and the end result made her look just as good as if she had received a shampoo
I will continue to work with various dogs and their coats as this is only a small selection, but so far it's looking like a very useful addition to my grooming equipment
I received my order so quickly after amazing communication from the customer service team. The quality of what I received is fantastic! I will- no doubt, be ordering from Groomers again! Can’t fault them!

Rubbish Customer Service.
Bought a Xpower stand dryer October 2022 and the casters have broken and to be honest they are not fit for purpose. I have emailed groomers online and telephoned 6 times with no answer left a message still no contact. So I am left dragging my £500 stand dryer around my studio due to defective not fit for purpose casters and Groomers online ignoring me.

I would like to share a very horrible experience i had with GROOMERS ONLINE!
I have ordered a mini clippers heiniger.
Came in a box without snap on comp as its specified on they web site (its should be included).
Second issue happened next day, when the button stuck and blade which is obviosly brand new did not cut any hair. Item has been send however they didnt solve the problem with a blade neither didnt give me missing snap on comb. Next week i sent item again, and again, they just keep saying trimmer checked and it works but refusing not to solve the actual issue with a blade itself.
I have spend all my free time of my work to contact GROOMER ONLINE and found costumer service extremely RUDE. IMPOLITE and not being helpful at all. By kept saying me we call back they never did. Dont wanna do any replacement or refund knowing that the item is faulty just ignoring me.
GROOMERS ONLINE 3 times asked me to send clipper and problem still persist.
WELL DESERVED ONE STAR !!!
USELESS STAFF, TOTTAL MESS, NO HELP, NO RESPECT TO PEOPLE.
100% not recommending to shop anyone there. SCAMMERS !!!

Terrible experience. Purchased a grooming brush and it arrived with bent and broken pins. Returned for a refund but they didn’t reimburse the delivery charge. Total radio silence from customer services and accounts; not even an acknowledgment. Rubbish quality control and even worse customer service, stay well clear.

Not great customer service, I purchased a nail grinder which frightened my dog, was never used and returned for a refund, I sent a letter beforehand asking if I could return the product back. I then sent back, I received an email saying they were returning back to me as there is nothing wrong with it!!!! Would not recommend

I bought some Andis Clippers from Groomers when i got them i got Covid and then developed long Covid I had these clippers less than 3 months they never worked i contacted a Mr Murphy, and he sent me a pre-paid envelope, and i sent them back , what happened i tried to use them and the part where you fit the blade kept seizing up, so when i sent them back he returned them and said there was nothing wrong with the clippers, he said if they seize up again get a flat screw driver and push it back , who wants to pay £300-49 pounds for something like that, this company needs looking into, but i have,nt finished yet after reading these reviews something has to be done. I am a pensioner , i maybe old but i am not dead yet...and i am looking into it, it,s against the law to sell faulty goods and when i returned those clippers he said they are fine, they wont even shave my dogs , they just don't work,I will be asking for a coplaints form first.

So disappointed with this company. It started off really well, but that was in receipt of my order and of course my money, after that the poor customer service and lack of understanding was apparent. Highlighted even more so by the first class service and treatment experienced by a major competitor. Sadly no repeat business from me with this company!

I ordered a blaster holder in readiness for opening a dog grooming salon from home. The description advised it would fit 'most' blasters so I tried it as soon as it arrived to make sure. Three months later when I came to open l realised it didn't fit onto my groom table as it's too deep. I emailed to return and they sent a return form. When I asked if I would be reimbursed for the postage as it's very heavy and would be expensive to post they changed their minds and said it was too late.
I explained that in my defence, the product description was misleading and should state that it doesn't fit all tables. Had it done so I would have checked before ordering. I've noticed since that other websites selling similar products go to great lengths to point this out before you order. I asked for their complaints procedure which they're obliged to provide by law and I'm still waiting. Not impressed and wouldn't use them again. They should at least have had the decency to admit their product info is misleading.
I’m surprised at the bad reviews. I rarely do trustpilot ones but I was so impressed I needed to write one.
I wanted an item before Xmas and my Own fault I left it too late. I looked everywhere trying and none could guarantee Xmas delivery.
I know groomers had suspended their next day due to current postal situation with delays so I just placed my order expecting after Xmas
I placed the order after 12pm which is their cut off for sending the item out the same day. My item was just delivered to me now not even 24 hours since I ordered. I am so impressed. I had other items I was planning on getting and they were in my Amazon basket but I’m now just going to order from groomers.
Gosh where do I start !
I phoned to get advice for some clippers I wanted to purchase for my triple coated collie. He told me what would suit his coat and when I bought it it wasn’t fit for purpose, in fact the cheap ones I bought from Lidl’s were far superior to these ! I then emailed, sent text, phoned, could not get a response or advice as to what to do.
I finally got him in the phone and he said I needed another blade which I then ordered thinking that would help but the blade wasn’t suited for the clipper, in fact the screws weren’t long enough and it wouldn’t fit on the clippers.
The box came with a crack and then he accused me of putting it there. He gave me 10% off in the first place because it had a crack.
I then asked for my money back as he had given bad advice.
Firstly, the clippers took 3 weeks to arrive and he would not give me a refund because I only had 2 weeks to return them….he said the first one he sent got lost in the mail !…yer right…they do this so they can’t be returned. He then accused me of using the additional blade I bought which was impossible as I couldn’t even screw it on the clipper. After spending £200 on a clipper and blade thinking I will save money by not going to a groomer, the clippers are absolutely useless. I’m in Universal Credit so it really hurt.
These guys are cowboys, nothing more than taking your money and not caring about their customers. Don’t even think of using these guys as they will do nothing but disappoint you.

I googled Groomers online reviews and saw that there were over 7000 reviews for this company with a rating of 4.75 out of 5. That makes more sense. I will definitely order from them again and would recommend them.
Very bad service!
Used this company for years yet for the last 6 months, you would think it was a completely different company! Placed an order Saturday 12th June, it said payment failed. I tried again, payment 'failed' again, only to check my bank and see the money had been taken TWICE! Yet the order was still listed as payment failed and incomplete?? I contacted my bank who instantly reimbursed me!
I will NEVER use this company again, they cannot even be bothered to reply to messages! Disgraceful, the company has gone MASSIVELY DOWNHILL! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go straight to Christies Direct and place an order quickly and efficiently, with no stress!
I used to spend about £600 a year with Groomers, never again! Company should just close and save everyone the trouble.
Zero communication. Don't answer the phone, chat, or email.
After writing this I did get a call back and they explained they only answer recorded voice messages.
The item which was ordered did arrive swiftly.
Still think that good communication is vital however.
