DO NOT USE. SCAM!! They are lying about quantities. I went to buy the advertised 12 bars/box of pure protein bars on sale for $11.10 per box (would be great price) but at checkout they swap it to a 4 bars/box. I'm thinking it is intentional and is done to many grocery products!

Ordering from groceryeshop is a “roll of of the dice.” You have no idea whether or not the item is in stock when you order. After I placed an order for cereal, days went by. I received no notification about shipping. Finally after an extended period, I disputed the charge on my credit card. I was emailed asking I remove the dispute without explaining whether or not the item was available and would be shipped or the item was no longer available. They are extremely slow to respond. When they do respond their communications are vague and do not address the issue. I tried ordering from them again to see if things might change but it only became worse. They canceled my orders immediately, thank goodness, no more credit card disputes. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another merchant to order from.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Ordered 4 bottles of olive oil got 2. Sent photos and reply was we will issue a partial refund. Never happened. Emailed again and they said the order was complete. It wasn't. Now, 5 emails into it they are now just ignoring me. Fu*k'em, I'll never buy from them again and hope you never do either.

They got their money but I did not get my product. Online customer service is not responding phone number is not working

Received the wrong items. Reached out to customer service several times with no reply. The customer service phone number has a weird auto message that makes no sense. The online chat claims to say representatives are online and ready to help but as soon as you enter the reason why you need help there is a message that says there aren't any agents available.

I placed an order and never received it or was provided a tracking number. Customer support does not respond through chat or email and phone number is fake. Total scam - wasted money on an order I doubt I'll ever see.

Total scam site. All they do is rip and drop ship products from amazon at higher prices. they scammed me

I ordered 4 cans of split pea soup. I received the package, however the cans were in a box with no packing material. Two cans were dented and broken open. the box when delivered was soaked in split pea soup. I cleaned the 2 cans that were OK and threw it the rest of the mess. I wrote an email and was told without pictures of the damage to support my claim, they would not do anything to resolve the issue. Who keeps soaked box and 2 cans that are leaking all over for over a week to send as documentation once they finally responded??
Just an update…. Groceryeshop said they would make a one time exception and give me a total refund. I now see it as a pending transaction on my credit card statement. Totally surprised and wanted to update this complaint.

Scam! Product not delivered, gave bogus shipping info, phone numbers given nobody answers, no reply to emails. Reported to American Express.

Great quality and unique selection. I have a hard time finding specific Italian puntini candy and they are the best on offer. I also found additional sweets for a good price and with additional flavors.

They did not send what I ordered; in fact they simply ordered what they considered a comparable product from Amazon and had that sent to me. Their customer service chat did not respond, and the phone number on the website is invalid. Total scam.

Notified that my order shipped but I had to download a separate app to track it. Separate app has no information about the shipment. Contacted company if there was a way to track without app. No response. Received email with Amazon tracking number for my purchase. Tracking number does not work, Amazon has no clue. Go to stupid app I had to download, apparently shipped 4 days after they told me they shipped it with Swiship. No updates on where is coming from, when it will be delivered, nothing.
Update: the product showed up, however, the reason being able to track it was so important was because we have had well below 0 Temps. The product sat on my porch, unbeknownst to me, for an excessive amount of time while I was at work in -20°f temperatures. Do not use this company at all.

Groceryeshop is a scam siteor a dropship bot website. They import listing on amazon then up pice and just buy ads on google shopping. Item that show less than amazon probably never ship and just want your credit card information. Irony that I found my products and my photos on google shopping NEXT TO Groceryeshop using my photos and my products' information next to each other on google shopping. My brand is very small, so Im flatter and also frustrated at the same time.

Do not order anything fromm this site. The customer service lines are disconnected and there is no feedback from email correspondence.

I ordered merchandise from this site and all they did was charge me. On the order it says, "Order on he way." It's been days and I have nothing!

Order never received

After 10 days of dealing with "Tom" customer service via email and Facebook, I gave up. They wanted me to find my own package instead of them finding what they sent me. Never, ever would I buy from them again!!!
