I am absolutely disgusted and will never order off them again....ive ordered about 6 times in the last 6 months and it's been a nightmare. I ordered my shopping 4 days ago and i ended up requesting a refund which I haven't received yet. I kept checking the app ti see where my shoping was and it said 3 drops away. I checked the app again 20 minutes later. And it said delivered. I never received it. I rang up costimerr service and they told me my shopping was back at the store because i wasn't in . But i wad ??? And that they'll redeliver the next day between 9 and 11 on Sunday... I set my alarm for 8 o'clock and when it got to half 11 . I got in with my life instead of waiting and took.my dog out came home and had a nap. I woke up to.a text message saying they tryed to deliver my shopping between 11 ans 12 which i know is a lie because I was in..The last 2 occasion ive had a really rude deliver driver who timed me 3 minutes to takw my shopping in even though its all baglless now and I have.a flight of stairs to.take it up.and im battling cancer. I.am sooooo stressed how they've treated me the last few oreder. I took it personal . So ill never ever use or recommend this store gor delivery

Absolutely terrible home delivery service. Every time I place an order there are out of stock items. Incorrectly substirured items which you have to return and contact the slow customer services for a refund. My recent order was substituted with lower volume items and no refund.
Appalling customer services which would not acknowledge that due to there stock issues and inferior substitution.

Ali from the Skelmersdale store is always ready to help, very friendly and polite. Always a pleasure having my shopping delivered by him

Just visited the Iceland in Locks Heath centre.
How has it gone from being a nice place to shop, to being basically a bit of a dump.
No bread on the shelves, but still all stacked up in delivery trays. Bearing in mind I was there at 9.30 in the morning.
You would expect emptier shelves last thing in the day.
You can't even get a bag of ice cubes, the floor was filthy, and the staff were less than friendly.
The person on the checkout didn't want to be there, you could tell by the way everything was an inconvenience.
This shop was never like this before.
What has gone wrong. Not sure if I would shop there again.

I have just received an Iceland delivery and am disgusted with the condition in which they can allow items to be delivered and also the “short” dates on some items. I had a pack of 2 frozen chicken pies which was open both ends so the pies were falling out ( possibly had fallen out and been handled by the driver ) so they went in the bin. A loaf of bread which was a substitute item and I was happy to accept a substitute but when examining it after the driver had left I realised it had to be used on the same day. I live alone and cannot consume an 800g loaf in one day. I decided to bag it in slices and freeze it but on opening it I found it to be as dry and hard as the sole on my shoe, I was surprised not to see mould growing on it so again it went straight in the bin. I have no doubt that Iceland will soon go out of business as they have no morals and couldn’t care less about their customers. I am not a person who usually complains but I found this delivery to be both shocking and upsetting.

Absolutely horrendous last time I’ll ever shop there for a online delivery tinned pineapple all bashed and damaged also got the offer 1p for toilet rolls when I placed my order they charged me full price off £3:49 will never shop here again sent a email they never replied horrendous firm people please don’t spend money in this place they only rob people ! 😡

I attempted to cancel my order, no option on website so I contacted Iceland directly. I chased it up as nothing was shown on my orders. On Monday they said it'll be cancelled, on Wednesday they asked to confirm I want to cancel and full refund which I said yes. Then a courier came and I told him I had cancelled so he left. I didn't see my refund in my account. Then Iceland said that I will not receive a refund. It was £40.95, for me that is money I cannot afford to lose. I have all the emails which prove my case, irrefutable evidence and still they refuse to refund me.

Awful. Purchased an item which had clearly been interfered with. Contacted customer service had a week of drivel about receipts. Despite it being an Iceland product, and I'd sent photographic evidence. I just wanted to know why/ the item we bought had got to us in such a state. It was £1 so I wasnt bothered about a refund. Worst customer service Ive encountered.

My daughter had iceland delivery this morning in plymouth, she is 7 months pregnant and lives in a block of flats on the 1st floor. The driver just left the shopping inside the security door so she had to wake her brother up to get the shopping after working a 12hr night shift. This totally unacceptable. Home delivery is meant to be to the home not a security door at a block of flats. Utterly disappointed.

If I could give this -100 stars i would do so in a heartbeat. Worst food store ever and they are horrible at delivery

This is not anything to do with service but about the no bags it's ridiculous taking twice as long to get shopping in then some drivers moaning we too slow getting it in well start bagging again so we can just grab the bags and be done not fair on the elderly or disabled

Always used foodwarehouse (Iceland) for online shopping, then couple of months ago I have been unable to book any deliveries even though the app states that they deliver to my area. Elgin is my local store, I live in Fochabers. Can book a delivery if I live in Buckie which is funny because the driver would need to drive through Fochabers to get to buckie. Doesn't make any sense.

Againg and again and again over the past 3-5 month items constantly arrive either defrosted or with damaged packaging. Yesterday I said that I had completely had enough and will stop ordering online entirely. The rep was nice from customer services and I did get a massive £7 comp for my complaint WHOOP! And I suppose I did get my partial refund for the items damaged. I laughed and said the best of it is that the bread the bottles and all things not in a freezer where great as I went on to say: I cant believe A freezer company has an issue and cant keep things frozen which is just laughable as they specialise in frozen food. Do ya self a fave miss the online just get it from the store. UNBELIEVABLE

Bagless delivery ,chronic back pain ,first order....last order

I ordered online for the first time and my order went through, the money was taken, I received an email saying my order was being processed and would be delivered between 1230-1430. That was the last I heard, no delivery, no text, no reason why. I spoke to customer services who said they would get back to me...they didn't. Contacted them again to cancel the order and they agreed to do it. The order is still live. Absolutely useless customer service

I received a few items with an issue one i think is actually really bad.
My fizzy pop is near enough flat i got the offer i now no why it was on offer
also this is quite serious they gave me a pack of raw chicken that was out of date that day id already had dinner so wasn't gona have more and even though it still had that evening i wasn't going to risk eating it or freezing it and trying to get hold of someone on phone was impossible so thats it no more.

Shocking. All my chilled items turned up warm (not even slightly cool) which included chicken, milk, bacon etc. I phoned up to complain and they said they phone the store...was on hold for 5 minutes then the line went dead. Phoned back and was told they didnt answer so they'd send them an email but informed me my items would need to be sent back. Nothing for 24 hours so I sent a complaint email. I was then told to inform them which items were warm so I said all of them and screenshotted the full list. They then sent me an email asking for "photos of the warm food". How am I meant to take photos of warm food? So I emailed them back to that effect and got a reply with a screen shot of their terms and conditions. Safe to say I will never order from them again for the sake of them replacing or refunding about £40 of items they will lose about £2000 a year with me taking my business elsewhere. Ive had "frozen" items turned up half defrosted before also. Im not sure their vans even have any chilled compartments at all.

Port Glasgow today horrendously rude abusive checkout operative. Throwing goods around. Not heeding my request to slow down as I could not pack the mess she was tolling up. She said ‘if you don’t like it make a complaint!!!I dumped every out of my bags and left never to return £200 worth of food. Absolutely appalling behaviour towards a 84 year old disabled pensioner.

So no bags now Iceland! I expect you've gone bagless to support your inadequacy to fulfil an order. No fresh burgers, no fresh sausages, no sausage rolls- so how do I feed my kids? Your packer could have used their initiative and replaced them with identical frozen products, or are they not programmed to use their initiative? Whoever packed my order didn't have a problem replacing my double cream with Elmlea - yuck - it's going direct to the trash can!!
This whole Iceland shopping experience has been awful from start to finish!
Buyers beware!

On two separate occasions my online order was late, no explanation or apology.
On the second occasion my order was marked as delivered even though it hadn't been, when I called customer service they just said the driver was running behind again no apology or explanation. When my order did arrive several items listed on my receipt were missing. When I complained I was refunded the missing items.
I will never buy milk again from Iceland it always goes off after a couple of days even though the bottle says it still in date.
