The bra was very poor quality and did not fit. There was no viable option for return for full refund. This is a $cam and a trick.

Be aware! If you want to return an item, they say you need to spend $50.00 to return to China. Oh, or they will refund you $10.00. I just found the same shoe on Amazon for $19.99! Stupid me. I paid $90.00 for two pair from TEMU. The return address on the package was CA USA. I will be returning there.

I ordered two pair of sandals. They fit terribly! Feet pushed downward. Toes almost over the edge while heel ends up 1/2 or more from the other end of the shoe. The shoes feel like they’re made of plastic also.

Actually way below one star, complete rip off. I ordered 2 bras and measured by their size charts. The bras were at least 3 sizes too small. It took two attempts to get a response from customer service. Like others have said the return postage and customs was going to be $80!! They offered $8 as a conciliation. That’s less than the postage I paid to buy them. So, I’m out $68. Lesson learned.

My husband saw an article on the internet about a Glucose monitor in a watch....5-8-24 I bought it for $69.98...5-10 it went thru my bank, 833-949-1269, when i tried to use the support for customers...I went to the chat section, told him my situation and he wanted to know the website, Grishay, I stated and they had not heard of the purchase.

i received the Smart Interactive Car Toy for my cat today , and it DOES NOT work at all ! I paid $40 for it.
I have contacted the company requesting either instructions on how to get it to work as advertised, or a refund. I'm not sure I'll get either ! I no longer trust cute cat toys that are advertised on Facebook, nor do I trust this company.

I would not even give this company a one. I bought and paid good money for, what I thought was a cute pair of sneakers for summer. When I received them, they looked like something I would have bought from the worst goodwill store ever. They looked awful and ugly, nothing like the picture.
Buyer beware of this company. DONT waste your money on this product. You will be disappointed!!!

When ordering a smart watch, my monitor screen went black and I thought I have lost my order. I tried again and something else happened. At the end I tried to cancel the order but they said it was to late. Now I have 3 extra watches, I don't need. They want me to returne them to China and the Post plus Customs is over $150, which is totally absurd. It is not clearly explained at the time of purchase how costly would it be to return the items to China or a Depo in Canada.

I purchased 3 pairs of sandals and shoes in various styles for more than $120, all were on sale. The hope was that all or at least one pair would work for my wife's "hard to fit feet". All three pairs were supposedly designed by an orthopedist for comfort and fit. Unfortunately none of them fit. All pairs seemed to be made of fairly decent materials and fairly good construction. Since none fit, I requested a return. While the website says Grishay is committed to customer satisfaction, Grishay informed me I would have to pay the cost for the shoes to be shipped to China, estimated at $80. The shoes shipped to me from Vernon, CA, but Grishay claimed I could not return the shoes to their "warehouse". Grishay (someone in China, not in the USA) offered me $15 for a refund, and I could keep the shoes. I wish I had read reviews of Grishay before buying. Unless you know exactly what you want, and you know the items will fit, DO NOT BUY from this company. You will be out ~90% of the purchase amount. It seems to me Grishay does not represent their returns process anywhere near correctly on their website. They are NOT committed to a good customer experience.

Shoes were too short. Company said they would refund me $9.00 but not the full price and I was to send the shoes back to China for refund... I PURCHASE ALOT ON LINE AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE.
I certainly won't ever purchase from them again.

I ordered a pair of sneakers which did not fit.. I made numerous attempts to find out about the company's return/refund policy I never received a response.
I will absorb my loss and will give the shoes to someone who can use them. I will never do business with this company again. Rae Boykin in SC

Order placed for heated vest. Vest received was of very poor quality and wrong size. In order to return the vest and thus receive refund, grishay demanded the vest be returned to CHINA at a shipping cost of over $50. We did not order the vest from CHINA, we ordered it from grishay in N.Y. They have poor quality "merchandise" and then try to scam you on returns. Stay far, far away.

I have had the exact same experience as ddunlap stated.
Shoe size way too small (I ordered my regular size) and return process just not worth the effort. I am also donating the four pair of shoes I purchased and hope they will fit someone.
For anyone who will listen please do not purchase anything from Grishay.com!!!!!!!!!!

Fortunately I only ordered 1 pair of these shoes. I am having feet problems so was interested in these as there were advertised "feel like you're walking on a cloud" so I ordered the orthoptic shoes with cushioned innersole. When the shoes arrived, they were poorly made, there was NO inner sole and you could feel the bad, cheap seams in the toe box. The shoes were cute, however the quality was severely lacking and they are absolutely a far cry from what was promoted on their website. A big buyer beware from me.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Grishay (grishay.com) on 5/11/2022. Based on the website, their delivery is 15 days. The delivery made it by 5/27/2022, 16 days, but I found that it shipped from China. They did supply a tracking number, but when clicked, it took me to a very sketchy tracking website that Norton blocked, suggesting that it was a dangerous site.

I opened the shoes and tried them on, they were tiny, and I ordered the size of shoe and sandal I had worn for years. I am pretty sure my feet have not grown. When measuring them with a shoe sizer, they were two sizes smaller than what they were labeled.

The website states a "no questions asked" refund policy as long as the item is in the original packaging and new condition. This was the case with my purchase. So I contacted the only support, an email address asking to return them for a larger size. I received a chain of canned apologies and then was asked to take a picture of my foot in the shoes. At that point, I decided to ask for return instructions. The response came, as usual, at 3:00 AM with an address informing me that due to high shipping costs, I would have to pay for the shipping return. They did offer to credit me eight dollars toward shipping.

I responded with my honest yet respectful opinion of the business practices and informed whomever that I would be posting my experience. I will absorb the cost of the shoes and donate them to a charity that both my wife and I are active volunteers.

Buyer beware! This is a very dishonest organization and reinforces my skepticism about "no-name" sites. I want to find out how to make Google aware, as I found Grishay as an option on my Google Shopping search.
