Very good experience

The company found that an error was made in my favor and promptly started the process to reimburse me.

After receiving an email regarding "credits" to my account, I researched Gripvenue and looked at my "account" on Gripvenue. I saw a transaction for purchased credits for a total $27.30. I immediately cancelled the "membership" and then replied to the email requesting a refund. I received a reply within minutes stating that a refund has been approved. I appreciate the respect shown and refund issued.

I clicked on am ad for a mystery box. I bought the mystery box and when my purchase was done it the screen kept going out as they tried to charge me for other things. They said they are refunding me I am not sure how true that is since it said 10-14 days

I’ve been dealing for over two weeks with this website someone made an acct with my information and this company charges me twice I tell them my issues and they only refund one of the charges when I never did any of my issue isn’t resolved I’ll be disputing the charges

The experience was much easier than I thought it would be! They were fantastic!

If I receive the refund I ask for, as I did not make the purchase then I will say it is a good company

Update: still no refund, they overdrafted my account and attempted to withdraw money 3 more times. DO NOT SIGN UP

They got in touch with me fast a said that they would put my funds back after it was taken without my approval. I was signing up for a back to school event an it took my money .

I was charged for something that I did not buy in the first place. They say they're working on refund. Which I don't see how because I didn't order anything!!!

I was thinking I was purchasing items from Amazon and somehow was subscribed and charged by this company. I request a refund and want my money back on my card.

Somehow I was misled to this site and made a purchase for membership. I immediately sent an email to cancel and refund my account. The escalation team, Eugene helped get everything cleared up and refunded the transaction promptly. Thank you!

I want my money back. False advertisement for an overstock box when I paid for a membership I didn't know I even paid for. And now I'm forced to write a review for a refund?? Seriously.

To be honest, I had never heard of your company until unauthorized purchases appeared on my bank statement. I was very pleased and surprised that after sending an email explaining the situation, I am receiving a full refund. I am very appreciative. Thank you, Escalation Team.
