Selvom vi ikke verificerer specifikke påstande, fordi anmeldernes meninger er deres egne, kan vi godt betegne anmeldelser som "Verificerede", når vi kan bekræfte, at der har fundet en forretningsinteraktion sted. Læs mere

Misleading subscription you can’t download notes for all subjects

I paid for a full-year subscription to Grinds360 expecting access to all my study materials. However, I can only download notes for a few subjects (English, Irish, PE, and Physics), while other subjects like Economics, and French are locked behind an online only viewer.

It feels unfair and misleading, especially since physical books are sold separately at an extra cost. Students rely on these notes for exam preparation, and restricting access like this is not reasonable for the price charged. Not everyone wants a physical copy of a book. I prefer being able to annotate my notes on my iPad as its not just environmentally more sustainable, it reduces the amount of books i have to carry.

Grinds360 needs to be more transparent about what is included in the subscription and provide equal access across all subjects considering how expensive it is

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for taking the time to leave the feedback.

With our digital plan, the notes for all subjects are provided to be viewed in full in digital format on the platform, which is stated in the section of our website differentiating our digital plan versus physical notes memberships and also in our FAQs. This is in place to protect the copyright of our teachers, who create their own original materials. Some subjects do offer downloadable notes, this is at the discretion of the individual teacher, which is why some subjects may allow their notes to be downloaded.

We completely understand your preference for annotating notes digitally on an iPad, we’re currently developing an in-platform annotation feature, which will allow students to highlight and add notes directly within the Grinds360 viewer. Improving clarity around what’s included in the subscription is also something we’re actively working on.

If you’d like to contact us directly at info@grinds360.ie or 01 912 5770, we’d be more than happy to discuss any of the above and see how we can help.

Thanks again for the feedback,
Grinds360 Team
