Grillo Outdoor Kitchens Anmeldelser

Customer service from the start to the end of the process was excellent. We received good design advice and the installation team were similarly as helpful. A great quality product.

Great service throughout the sales and installation process and couldn't be happier with the kitchen itself, absolutely stunning!

Fantastic process from start to finish. Good quality components and friendly helpful team at all stages of the project from design to fitting.

Where do I start, the online configurator is excellent, allows you to design something yourself or choose from a pre design, then view the design in situ giving you a real feel of what the kitchen will look like. When you speak with the staff nothing is too much trouble, Dominique was superb, answering all questions without being "salesy" , discussing delivery dates, installation options etc. Lisa also excellent, providing further information along the way. Delivery was seamless well informed and the items arrived on time. the kitchen looks fantastic. This is a quality product, from a quality company. I couldn't recommend Grillo highly enough.

This is a very high quality product with a level of customer service to match. From my initial enquiry through to configuration, ordering, delivery and installation, the Grillo team were excellent. Big shout out to John and his colleague, who carried out the installation in a highly skilled and professional manner, and to Dominique who made it all happen.

Chris and robert arrived to install our grillo bar today and what a fantastic team! Everything was built, cleaned down and ready to go in the blink of an eye. I'd also like to give a quick mention to layla who helped us finalise our design. We look forward to using our bar year round

High quality product, looks fantastic, great service and installation.

Prompt, professional installation. Kept informed prior to delivery.
looks fabulous

Superb and seamless - the process right from the start was fantastic. There were no pushy sales techniques despite our process taking a while due to our project. The configuration was really helpful visualising the space and we loved the sample package. Every process was clear delivered when they said it would be and install team were helpful and tidy. We are delighted with our kitchen and cannot recommend highly enough.

Very professional design consultations from the start, listened to what we wanted and worked together on the final design. We had to move installation back several times and the Grillo team were always very accommodating.

Installation was done while we were away but builders on site, its was quick and very professionally done.

Kitchen looks amazing !! can't wait for some slightly warmer weather to get grilling !!

Thank you all

Responsive, efficient, clear communications. Made a complicated process very easy.

We LOVE our Grillo kitchen! We’ve been using it for 8 months now and with the install of the grill last week - it is now complete!
The quality and looks are next level!
Ours, at times, are exposed to the Qld weather elements and it still looks like it did the day it was installed.
You honestly can’t go wrong with Grillo! We live in our backyard now and we can’t wait to start using our brand new grill.

Absolutely Brilliant from beginning to the end! From the original design process to the installation I have nothing but praise for the entire team. The quality is outstanding and such a professional, friendly and helpful team! Thanks team Grillo it’s made me want another one already!

Great experience from design to installation. Helpful in every aspect.

Great experience from design, through purchase and installation. Everyone seems vested in delivering a great service and experience to match the high quality of the product.

We wanted to shout out how pleased we are with our Grillo kitchen. In our opinion, theres no other company that have the quality of units and products at this pricepoint. The team were super customer focussed from the off and the professional installation was on time and completely painless. I wish all companies had this attitude and could deliver as expected.
We adore our small but very smart outside kitchen and cant wait to use it.

Great customer service kept informed all the way and the fitting team were amazing great job!

Probably the best end to end customer service I have experienced . From the design meeting to installation the customer experience was brilliant . The team clearly like what they do, the communication is excellent and everything gets delivered with passion and excellence . Well done and thank you . Under promising and over delivering is what it has been all about !
