Wonderful service, response to e-mails was very quick, easy online ordering, fast delivery!
Will not hesitate to order again.

Overall experience was good however shipping was delayed a bit, and we did not receive any updates until we inquired.

I needed the cook top asap as it was for a 80 year old couple who don't like change and all I can say is Eugene said he could deliver the top in very fast time line and he did exactly that and our company looked like we can do miracles but it was all because of Eugene's effort!!! very much appreciated

Genuine customer service!

Eugene was so helpful and responsive. He helped me find the right appliance, quickly answered all of my questions, and I received an excellent cooktop that was ideal for my kitchen.

The delivery was prompt and Eugene answered all of my follow up questions regarding installation.

I felt like I had a genuine connection with a real, caring human being. Such a rare experience nowadays! I am truly grateful.

I would certainly purchase again.

I was was looking to get a small 20” range hood and there isn’t much out there in that size. I found one made by Summit Appliances but was having a hard time finding where I could get it. I came across this griddle.ca website and got it delivered straight to the house for a fair price compared to what it was listed for on some other sites. Great online business to order from if you want something from Summit in Canada. I would definitely consider ordering from them again if something comes up that they are a distributor of. Thank you Griddle!

Great service and shipping was quick

Easy process. Griddle.ca were able to provide the vaccine fridges that matched the specifications I required. Pricing was excellent compared to competition. Ordering was simple and good communication around delivery allowed me to make preparations in advance. Recommended.

Any questions I had before purchasing my gas cook top, were answered professionally and promptly. This meant a lot to me, that they cared for their potential clients.

Griddle's customer service was A+. Very informative and helpful. We are in BC, and shipping here to BC was not an issue. We received our wall oven in timely manner. Very very with Griddle.

Ordered the parts , was a little worried as never heard of griddle before.. but the part arrived timely and was exactly what I ordered / needed.
Would order from again .

Bought a 21.5" drawer fridge. Little bit more expensive than comparable brands but if you need to fit a exact location than Summit probably has a fridge that will do it. Good quality and efficient. Easy buying process online. Customer service responds to questions via email fairly quickly. Shipping was quick and free.

Store has wide range of products and team does good follow-up for customer inquiries. I wish they add a way to track the shipment.
