New Dimplex night storage heaters
After our initial enquiry the sales staff were a bit pushy, but I guess that's their job. Once we decided to install new heaters, the service from Greenvision has been outstanding, from arranging quotes and install dates to the engineers who were polite, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Out new Dimplex heaters are excellent, and making use of low night-time tarrifs is already saving us money. Overall highly satisfied with both the service and the product.

Highly recommend Greenvision Energy
Highly recommend Greenvision Energy. They organised the replacement of my old-style storage heaters with Dimplex Quantum heaters, and my two old circuit boards with a new one including NICEIC certification. Greenvision Energy were helpful and responsive throughout. The workmanship was excellent and comprehensive. I am now benefitting from the DQs warming my rooms effectively.

A delighted customer
Installation was back in March and all went perfectly.
The team was a pleasure to deal with and they are very good at getting back to you when they promise which, sadly, is the exception these days.
There have been a couple of problems since installation with the Dimplex heaters (not Green Vision's fault) and Sharon at GVE owned the problems and saw them through with Dimplex for a satisfactory conclusion.
I am not one for writing reviews, as the experience is usually lacking, but not in this case. I would recommend them without hesitation for anyone thinking of a Quantum system purchase.

The installation was easy
The installation was easy, once I had prepared the flat, the electrician came and was helpful, tidy and took all rubbish away. Greenvision staff always responsive and helpful. giving advise and support when I requested it.

Greenvision stood out miles above all of the other companies based on the expertise of the colleagues we initially spoke to for advice, value and quality of product, perfect installation on the day, post installation customer service and all round excellent end to end service.

Replied to initial enquiry; promptly. Gave a ballpark quote over the phone. They then came and did a survey, which provided a proper quote. When the electricians came, they were friendly and we're always tidying up after themselves, even though our house is in need renovation. Choose Greenvision as others were not keen to install night heaters. We are impressed with our smart Dimplex night storage heaters.

New heating for our offices installed
We were able to get advice on different options to replace our electric heating. Our building is large and so we wanted get the right heating installed in time for the colder weather. Paul and Sharon were really helpful and worked to our timescales. Dave installed and fitted around our services and clients and made the whole process simple and efficient. Greenvision - quick install and great customer service
Greenvision were great. I needed storage heaters at short notice - within 2 weeks, a survey had been done and installation was complete. Very happy with the heaters. Customer service was excellent and the fitters were polite, efficient and tidy.

Highly recommend Greenvision Energy
We found Greenvision Energy a great company for our needs.
Everything was completed to a high standard. We had 5 storage heaters installed plus a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
From taking our requirements, to the assessors visit, to the final installation. Everything ran smoothly.
Sharon kept us informed every step of the way. Adam and his mate were excellent. Arrived on time, installation went very smoothly, cleaned the area, took waste away and explained how to use and set the timers.
All very efficient.

Awful company to deal with.
Awful company to deal with.
I ordered a conservatory heater advertised at £300, only to get an email the following day from Jenny Davies, the accounts controller telling me the item is now no longer on sale at its sale price and if I want the heater, I now have to pay the full price minus a “goodwill gesture” of about 2.5%. A different of £212.60. Quite a substantial mark up.
This is misleading advertising. If the item is priced at £300 online, it should cost £300. It clearly stated this as the price.
I then get sent the company’s terms and conditions trying to fob me off.
I’ve asked for the £300 to be refunded and I will be sending a copy of the order to Trading Standards.
The refund had to be chased by me as it wasn’t processed immediately. I have now taken my business elsewhere and have a similar heater already delivered. It’s sad but you lost business here.
Poor handling of a situation and poor customer service on top.

Very competent installation
Very competent installation. I was given an overview on how the storage heater settings worked. I have given 4 stars because I was supposed to get a suppply electrical certificate 3-7 days after installation but have yet to receive it.

Updating Electrical Heating System
We were more than satisfied with the work done by Greenvision.
The office staff dealt quickly with all our enquiries and guided us through the entire process. They advised us on the choice and size of heater for each room.
The work which took three days was completed on schedule. Dave Thomson, the engineer, worked quickly, efficiently and unobtrusively.
We are very grateful for all their help and would recommend them whole heartedly.

Job well done Greenvision
It was time to replace my 27 year old storage heaters. Contacted Greenvision, who talked through the process with me and listened to what I wanted and a video call was made and emails sent the communication was excellent. The electricians Lucas and Piers were great, so
polite, nothing to much trouble. What I did like is they tided up even hoovering after they finished fitting each heater, thanks lads. Even after the job was completed Sharon (who I spoke to on numerous occasions), contacted me to ask was everything ok. Thanks to everyone I have now lovely upto date heating. Thanks Greenvision 😊

Greenvision kept us well informed throughout the process. The heaters were fitted efficiently and tidily. Not used the actual heaters yet as it is summer, but the hub seems like it will be easy to use to control the heaters, and/or the manual controls which were demonstrated by Dave (the electrician) before he left…

Great customer care
When my storage heaters had their 37th Birthday I thought it was time to replace. I found Greenvison the best by far. Also they where recommended by EDF.
They looked after me from start to finish. First a discussion by Telephone then a video survey with Paul All the staff where helpful and knowledgeable.
On the day of the instal they arrived on time and was finished by midde afternoon. The installers where local and again helpful, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards

Found this company through EDF my energy supplier and have found them very helpful advising on alternatives and replacing my storage heaters and also sorting out a minor issue after installation. Sharon and Paul were very good at keeping in contact and the fitters were really pleasant and efficient.

First time using Greenvision and they were very open and the process was made to feel very straightforward particularly as the installation for my property has tenants.
They arranged everything and kept me updated. Didn't have to chase to my memory about when anything was happening or when.
