Total rip off! Avoid they will steal your money and ship nothing!

This is my second review for this company.. obviously they have gone out of business I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and go through hoops to get a refund because they are lying to credit card companies about people getting the products.

I ordered my plants over 1 month ago and still have received no word or plants! BAD business!

As with most on here, we had the same experience. No communication. Was supposed to ship within 5 to 7 days and did not ship for several weeks and only then because I threatened legal action on their voicemail, since they don't answer their phones. We paid $145 per tree for three trees. We got them (several weeks late) and they were two foot tall sticks with no root system, hardly at all on them. Tried to complain, got no response. Planted them anyway, crossed our fingers and they are dead and still no response. Run!

BEWARE! I had the same issue as others. I ordered a plant, waited a week or so before I became concerned. I emailed after unsuccessful phone attempts and voicemail. NO RESPONSE to this day regarding my unfulfilled purchase. In my experience; this is a FRAUDULENT online business that is setup to accept payment, but never deliver a product or respond to you. They are under active investigations from multiple agencies. Anyone who has fallen for this scam, please take the time to report to the BBB, FTC, USPIS, TN AG, and other relevant departments to alert them of this fraud. Your help will prevent others from being affected.

Same result as most reviewers. They have money, I have nothing.

I had exactly the same experience as other reviewers. I ordered a tree in early March. It was supposedly in stock. The confirmation email said that processing times are 5-7 business days. It has now been a month with no word and no response by email or phone.

Ordered a tree on the website February 15th 2026. Website says will ship in 5-7 days. Got confirmation email. No further communication, called about 3 weeks later, they don't answer the phone, they say to email. Website says they respond within 48 hours to email. No response for a week. Email again, several days, no response. Now I have to go through the trouble of reversing charges on my credit card. Sounds like I am not the only one they have done this to per these reviews!

I ordered 2 white birch trees on September 15,2024 promised in 7- 10 days and never received my order.
I sent over 6 e mails with no response
Then finally in late October 2025 I get a call from Bri she said I would have my order delivered in March 2026 because I can't plant in my zone until then
I wrote 5 more e mails and 3 voice messages with no response again.
I just
want my trees is this place a scam?

I placed an order with them over thirty days ago and still haven't received my tree. I have made 10 attempts to contact them and have no reply. They do not answer the phone or emails. I'm going to pursue other remedies to get my money back.
I wouldn't recommend buying from them. I think they are a scam.

On July 17th I ordered a couple of Persian Purple Lilacs from Green Thumbs Nursery. I later read a lot of negative reviews and wondered if I had made a mistake ordering from them. On the 10th business day I sent them an email inquiring about my order. The next day I received shipping confirmation. The plants arrived within a few days and the looked very healthy. I am pleased with my experience with them and would not hesitate ordering from them again

I first bought 180 North Privet starts from this company in 2021, and they arrives timely and were great. Over the last 4 years they've done wonderfully. In that initial order we had a failure rate below 2%, and most are thriving today. Fast forward, I decide to expand my hedge and order another 150 starts in March of 2025. Over 5 weeks later I had heard nothing, so I called and emailed numerous times, and finally got an email response days later. Then eventually shipped, but when the plants arrived they looked horrible. I got them planted and watered daily in hopes they'd survive. 47 made it. Over 60% did not, and most of those were brittle and lifeless when they arrived.

I emailed them to ask for assistance with replacing those that died. That was 2 months ago and they still haven't even answered my email.

I just replaced them two weeks ago with North Privets from another company I found on Etsy, and they delivered healthy plants promptly for $1/more per plant. They're thriving and looking great already.

All in all, when I expand my hedge more in a few years, I'll look elsewhere. If these guys ship quickly, the plants are great, but if they don't then good luck getting any assistance or even an answer. It's your gamble.

Buyer beware. This company does NOT provide Exchange or Refunds for plants that do not survive. No signage for this anywhere on site. Spoke with Attendant. Rude and patronizing.
Bought a dozen plants from this business. After 7 days one of the plant did not survie. Went back to the business with receipts and the plant. I was told, sorry, we do not exchange or procide refunds. Unlike ANY nursery in Ottawa, this is the only nursery that does not provide Exchanges or Refunds.

Horrible company. Ordered, waited, nothing came. Sent several emails and called, nothing. Now the bank has to handle it. Ridiculous scammers!!

My bushes came dead. Only two survived. This place is terrible.They don't answer your email. They don't answer your calls. Do not buy from them.

Fake company. They take your money and deliver nothing.

Customer service does not respond to any emails,texts or calls. The tracking number doesn't give any sort of updates. I have tried on MULTIPLE occasions now to reach them over the last 2 weeks with no response.
The order is '7-10 business days'...it's been longer.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Got my 2 white mulberry trees last spring. Never got any type of leaf. Dead withing 2 months. Was told replacements would come in Nov. Way too cold in NE for trees to be planted then. Then said they'd send them in Dec. Then Jan. Have never heard from them except the standard email reply. Told them 3 times in emails that we just wanted a refund at this point. Nothing. No one answers phones. As a former 20 year+ greenhouse manager that shipped 1000's of plants per week I am pretty disappointed in this company.

This is clearly a scam! No answer to calls and emails. DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE FROM THIS “COMPANY”!

In my opinion, the site is a scam, they don't answer the phone.My plants ordered in October 2024 have not arrived to this day, I can't get a response either by email or by phone.
They send a template email to each of my inquiries apologizing for the delay.
Be careful with them.
