Although the recruiter was very friendly and easy to talk to, he didn’t give me accurate information about the salary for the role he recruited me for. He also told me that he would advocate for the higher salary he originally told me would be offered, but I don’t believe he did. He was very communicative, but perhaps too communicative. He called me every day to “check in” even when there was no new information to share. Ultimately I did end up accepting the role I was recruited for and overall I appreciate the help and guidance that were provided.

My experience with The Green Recruitment Company has been very positive.
I applied to a job offer that I saw in LinkedIn and the recruiter (Jack D.) called me 5 minutes later. During the interviewing process with the client (3 interviews) Jack was very supportive, gave me very useful tips and he always was in touch with me.
What it really made the difference is that even after securing the job and having signed the contract, Jack kept in touch to know how I had been and to let me know that he would be calling me after finishing my first week at the new job.
That king of support and dedication goes beyond the extra mile and something that not many recruiters/agencies usually do.
It's really great to feel that kind of support when looking for a job because sometimes it can be very challenging.

In a concise manner, I express my unequivocal decision to abstain from engaging in any recruitment process facilitated by a headhunter. Despite an initially favorable impression, my previous interaction with such intermediaries has resulted in protracted, intricate proceedings that culminate in a regrettable lack of communication regarding the outcome of the application. This experience has been rendered entirely unproductive and has served as a detriment to my time management.

In all honesty, my experience with one of your consultants was extremely disappointing.

Firstly, despite agreeing on a call time of midnight Korean time, the consultant repeatedly failed to call me and did not respond to my messages on LinkedIn. This occurred multiple times and resulted in me waiting until 2 A.M.

Secondly, the consultant provided no guidance on salary negotiations, which led to a decrease in my expectations as I was unaware of the employer's thoughts. During our call, she didn't seem to understand my intensions exactly, so I summarized my intentions for the potential employer via LinkedIn, but my message was ignored. That was end of negotiations.

The positions that I interviewed for were a great opportunity for me, and I was keen to pursue them. However, due to the consultant's poor communication, the opportunity was lost, leaving me feeling frustrated. As a result, I started to ignore messages from your other consultants.

Although I initially tried to keep my feelings to myself, I received two automated emails requesting feedback and decided to share my honest thoughts.

I had a very smooth and informative process from my recruiter and the company that recruited me. The timeframe was reasonable and quicker than many other employers and recruiting agencies. My experience with Lauren and Hannah was fantastic! Great work, ladies!
