I have bought several products from this company and have always found them to be high quality and beautiful to use. Orders arrive quickly and are packaged without plastic. The lightweight tins are very useful for travelling.

Wonderful products and great customer service

Green planet have great products that are great for the planet but also the body. I’ve used a lot of their products and they have not been a disappointment in switching to them, I’ve continued to use their face, eye creams, face and hair oils, lip products and dry shampoo. Would and do recommend to everyone.

I have used almost all of the green planet beauty products over the years and I have never found anything better. They have a great range of planet healthy products that are beautiful to use their oils are quite fabulous. I haven’t found anything even close to them well done Green planet beauty

Love the ethos of this company. Really appreciate the packaging they use which is sustainable and fully recyclable, unlike a previous company I used to buy from.

Great company - brilliant products at reasonable prices and delivery has always proved quick and easy. I love the dry shampoo with the perforated shaker lid so the product can be easily distributed evenly, which makes all the difference.

Great products that are vegan, cruelty free and plastic free. Green planet beauty are my favourite sustainable beauty brand that I've bought from for a few years now. Orders are sustainbly packaged and arrive on time.

I love this company. I love their ethics and their products. Each parcel is beautifully and sustainably packaged. The products themselves suit me perfectly. I use the eye gel and daily face moisturiser every day and they have made such a difference to my skin. The night oil is fabulous and aids sleep. I've tried a few other bits and they are gorgeous. All parcels have arrived promptly. I can't recommend them enough.

Throughout my teen years I struggled massively with my skin and acne, however since using the face wash bar soap, it has transformed greatly.

I love everything I've tried. The oils smell wonderful and aren't greasy. The shampoo and conditioner actually tame my frizzy hair and even my son agrees the men's products are better than anything he's used before.

I am currently using the Green Plant Beauty products for the face, hair and the shampoo and conditioner and my skin is much smoother and has a glow. My hair definitely feels silky and soft. I have been using their face oil and daily moisturiser for years and my face always feels that much nicer and repaired.
I also love their natural dry hair shampoo. It has saved me having to wash my hair when it’s into lightly greasy plus it contains no talc and isn’t a spray. I feel a lot safer using it.

When I have ordered I’ve never waited for more than 3 days before receiving the items and this is both when I was living in Warwick and London.

I've bought from this company a few times now, and not had too much of an issue. However, the last time I waited a couple of weeks and my parcel hadn't arrived, so I called up on the phone. They told me it was because one of the items wasn't in stock and they would be sending it out that day. A couple of days later, it arrived. Hmm...

Anyway, I started to use the products, and I'll admit they're good - and that's the only reason I've not given one star. Why? Because one of the containers - the exfoliating facial scrub - keeps getting stuck and the company continually fails to respond. This issue happens because the product easily gets on the screw top lid of the eco-friendly steel container, and then dries, making it stick tight so I can't get the lid off without a screwdriver to prise it open. After it happened a few times, and I cleaned the excess product each time, I sent them an email giving feedback on it. I didn't hear back with so much as a "thank you for the feedback, we'll consider adjusting the packaging in the future", so I wasn't sure it had sent. So I forwarded the email stating I wasn't sure it had been received. Still no word. So I forwarded it again one or two more times. STILL no word. I had checked my inbox, junk folder, and made sure the email address was correct. Next time, I sent a message via their page on Facebook. It showed an automated message that it had been received, and they'd get back to me soon... except they didn't. So I sent another over a week later reminding them, and again got the same automated response. It shows the chat/profile image in the bottom corner of messages when they've been seen, and this was showing, so it's clear they've seen my messages and are just choosing not to reply. I haven't called up again as the last time it was about an order, and as a neurodivergent individual (both autistic and ADHD) with anxiety issues, I have a hard time psyching myself up to calling people I don't know/companies.

All of this has now put me off purchasing from them again. If the company reads this, please don't think of saying I've not bought anything from you, because I use a different name on different sites to safeguard myself. I've seen it before where companies will accuse the customer of having not purchased from them, so I am saying now that I absolutely have, and this is my honest review of my experience. This company is lucky to get two stars considering the products have actually been good, but the non-existent customer services drives it right down. It's a shame, because we need more eco-friendly options out there.

EDIT (12/12/2024): It seems my emails had gone unnoticed due to ending up in the spam folder somehow. They called a while back and have now sent me a voucher as a holiday gift by means of apology, it seems. Upping rating to 3 stars.

Disappointed. Ordered the Natural Nourishing Shampoo & Conditioner with argan oil, lemongrass, ginger & rosemary. The delivery was very slow & after using the products several times it left my hair dry & unmanageable. I contacted the company as I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've had no response to my email sent 9 days ago. So personally I wouldn't recommend or use them again.

I was excited to order from what seemed like a great company, but I never received my order. I then contacted multiple times via email, phone, and social media - often I couldn't get through/no one would reply, but when I did, they would vaguely say someone would get back to me, which they never did. I was told at one point I would get a refund, which never arrived. I chased this up for months which took a lot of time. It's been a year since my order and have not seen the products or a penny back. For the record, the parcel didn't get stolen, it was never delivered at all. Unsure if the products ever existed at all at this point.
