I was asked for additional fees for the…

I was asked for additional fees for the delivery (20€ fees to get my package, on top of the 8€ delivery fees I already paid when ordering) even though my country (France) is listed among the countries they ship to, and there was no indication on the website that any additional charges would apply.

Moreover, the website explicitly states that they also ship their products from France. If I had known the order would be shipped from the US (and that I would get import fees to pay), I would not have made this purchase. The whole point of buying an ecological towel is not to have it flown across the planet.

I tried reaching out customer service but I got no response from them so far. Still waiting...

Fantastic Customer Service

I had a problem with my delivery, which was caused by the delivery service, not by Green Petition. But they went above and beyond to solve it. The quality of the products are fantastic and I can only recommend it. The positive impact that they have on the environment just adds to the value of the product. Super happy with my experience with Green Petition.

I have been trying to reach this…

I have been trying to reach this company for 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service team, as well as filled out the “contact us” form. I have yet to hear a single word.
I was trying to exchange one of my purchased items because I made an error. I was giving as gifts. I will no longer be giving as gifts and prefer to return these items. Unfortunately, because I have not heard back, I cannot return and I am stuck with 3 items from a company I am not going to represent.

TERRIBLE quality. I’ve checked the measurements & it doesn’t match, poor quality fabric really thin & the wrist & edging puckers. No consideration of paid returns for poor quality goods. The bags are cute, I sadly cannot recommend their clothing.
