Lots of different flavours
Great delivery time. After opening box, dogs almost had a punch up over the different biscuits!
Must have smelled mighty good! They have had a few of a couple of flavours, it looks like the fishy ones are clear winners!
Gotta wait to make sure it doesn't upset their tummy a, very temperamental tummy's.
Will order more once the tummy test is completed!

Great dog food, quick delivery, poor handling during transport
Great dog food, clean label (low fat, no grains, no chicken), must be very tasty as our guys absolutely love it (Trout, salmon, lentil & spinach). We have 2 miniature schnauzers, older boy has a very sensitive stomach and this composition suits him very well.
One star taken out due to weak packaging and poor handling by the courier. Thankfully the bag with dog’s food was intact.

First rate products and service. Only the best for my dog! She’s 4 and breeder started us on the kibble and now she is loving the newly introduced treat and supplement lines as part of her quality diet! Highly recommend.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!
AMAZING DOG FOOD AND TREATS! 5* all around, have a very fussy dog have tried all sorts of brands and different types of foods! This hit the spot, with BEEF being the favourite treat and white fish biscuits being the one for dinner time.

Thank you for your email, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration caused by the puzzling ParcelForce message. We genuinely aim to exceed expectations, so it’s deeply disappointing to fall short.
Upon checking with Parcelforce, I can confirm your parcel was delivered as originally stated next day on 9th July at 13:24—shortly after your email at 10.57am. I understand this may have caused confusion, particularly as Parcelforce had initially indicated a delay. In hindsight, a prompt follow-up from us would have been helpful, and I regret not doing so. I’m equally disappointed the parcel didn’t arrive in ideal condition. I will be raising this with our Parcelforce account manager. If you have any concerns about the food itself, we’d be happy to send a replacement to ensure your experience is up to standard.
