Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:
• your booking reference
• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
Thank you for telling us. Every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the branch team so we can keep improving.

Avoid Green Motion at all costs
Avoid Green Motion at all costs. My experience was an absolute nightmare, defined by deceptive business practices, aggressive counter tactics, and hidden fees that far exceeded my original quote. On top of that, their customer service is entirely non-existent when trying to resolve billing discrepancies or get a straight answer regarding held funds. They make it nearly impossible to get your security deposit back, forcing you to go through your credit card company just to get your money. Save yourself the stress and rent from a reputable company instead."

Besvarelse fra Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Miami International Airport
I’m sorry your Miami rental left you facing unexpected charges and difficulty getting clear answers about your deposit. We take concerns about billing and communication seriously. Please contact our customer service team with your booking reference and charge details so they can review the records and respond to the specific amounts you dispute.
