Book online at greenmotion.com to see live prices, choose your vehicle and extras, and collect from the branch of your choice. Our fleet includes small city cars, family SUVs, people carriers and commercial vans, with lower-emission and electric models at many locations.
Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included.

• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.

Même si j étais assuré, ils ont chargé un prix exorbitant pour deux petites égratignures. Ils ont eux même fait l estimation. Avant de prendre l auto il y avait déjà des égratignures qu ils n ont même pas réparé. Donc ils chargent et ne répare pas

Nous comprenons que le montant facturé pour deux égratignures vous paraisse excessif, d’autant plus que vous aviez souscrit une assurance et remarqué d’autres marques avant la prise en charge. Nous ne pouvons pas établir ici la couverture applicable ni l’état du véhicule au départ. Vous pouvez envoyer en privé à ics@cs.greenmotion.com votre référence de location, les photos de départ et le détail de la facturation afin que le service clientèle compare les documents et explique le montant.

What is truly frustrating is having €1,500 blocked on your credit card for a rental that cost just €102!
Two simple scratches on a car costing €1,100 to repair is completely unreasonable. But that is your business. Looking at Green Motion's reviews worldwide, I believe people can draw their own conclusions about the way your company operates.
I am replying here simply to make it clear that I still have not received my money back. My deposit remains blocked, and this situation is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, Green Motion partners with EasyJet, yet EasyJet also refuses to take any responsibility for the type of business it is promoting to its customers.
I hope other customers read these reviews carefully before deciding to rent a car from Green Motion. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
