Stuff is good, but the car is not so good
Stuff is great and deserves kudos. The car, though, had issues. I was already too far away to return it and had to endure the problems for three weeks. The last week, they were helpful in giving me another car. The A/C didn't work well, and one tire kept going flat.

We’re sorry to read that the vehicle had many scratches, that the defroster was not working, and that you felt your video of its condition was not reviewed when damage was disputed. We also hear your concern about the office interaction. We cannot verify the vehicle record from this review alone. If you would like us to examine the evidence, please contact ics@cs.greenmotion.com.
