GreenGreen Store Anmeldelser

The computer seams amazing!!!!
But it wasn’t so easy to set up…
I am computer phobic, but first got my niece to set up and failed but my brother in law sorted it out…..
Better simple instructions are needed I think… but a lovely reconditioned computer for my son to do Solidworks CAD for his collage course.
Perfect for what we needed!!

I received my laptop and the quality was good.

great value for money. great laptop.

My 3rd purchase from GreenGreen store, not had a bad experience yet. Competitively priced 2nd hand, high spec machine, condition was as described.
I recommend.

Second purchase from GreenGreen & can't fault the advice or service! Thank you :)

We have been using Green Green store for a long time to purchase laptops for our staff. Very happy with the products. We have got exactly what we needed/wanted. I have ordered them on Friday and got them delivered on Tuesday. I will definitely recommended to people who wants to buy reliable and affordable products.

Absolutely excellent experience from start to end. I was kept informed about my delivery from the DPD tracking number, and the laptop eas like new!

Laptop came as described they upgraded it for me with no bother.

Will buy from here again.

Have recently bought 3 laptops for myself, a family member and a client. Each has been delivered on time, beautifully packed, and in superb condition. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Laptop delivered quicker than expected over bank holiday and grade B laptop is like new. Very happy up to this point.

Fantastic ! I am so happy with my laptop, no issues and great value for money .
Really easy website to order and see what specs are available and condition of the laptop ,full transparency on what you are ordering unlike other companies .
I get the impression they care about what they do and are committed to give a top customer service .
Laptop arrived so fast and ready to use within minutes , I got grade b and it looks and feels brand new , working in perfect order.
I am so pleased I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others .
Thank you !

Fantastic. They helped me with my requests to find the right laptop let me come to the store to try the laptop in advanced with my programs, even put in Windows 10 instead of 11 to help with compatibility issues I was telling them about. They really put the ‘custom’ in customer service

Bought a new laptop, grade b. Came near perfect condition (to the untrained eye at least) and runs great

Product (Dell laptop) was as described and fully functional (although I've only had it 5 days!). Delivery was on time, and packaged extremely well.

I was a little wary of ordering from what appears to be a relatively small operation, but the fact they gave a detailed description, including photos, of the exact product you are ordering (unlike the bigger players in the refurbished market) , and also, after doing some research, they seemed very professional and committed to offering great products at affordable prices.

I bought a gaming laptop for my son. Arrived quickly and laptop was as decribed.

Excellent way to get high-quality laptops in a more sustainable, eco-friendly and cheaper way when compared with buying a new product.

I bought a refurbished surface laptop studio 2, at about 45% of the retail price. 1 year old. It is in excellent conditions, and I wouldn't know it has been refurbished if someone wouldn't have told me so, as it looks like it could be new.

Great pre-sale service: before buying, I had few questions who were answered within few hours and outside office hours.

Delivered in few days.

Very clear what the condition was of the item I was purchasing and good delivery time.

Outstanding and timely support with personalised technical advice that resolved any issues we had.

This is the second laptop I have purchased and so impressed with the delivery and condition of laptops. Would highly recommend

The machine arrived very quickly even though I had also bought both SSD and RAM upgrades. The machine was not in its original packaging, but very well packaged all-the-same. The machine was clean and, as far as I can see, unblemished. The SSD and OS were expertly prepared and ready to go (my first task being to add a password to the existing admin account, and create a new user for my day-to-day use).
Overall: very happy, even impressed. I would recommend and use them again.
