Very impressive
Exceptionally efficient.
As a buyer, I was kept informed at every point of the order/delivery process.
The laptop was delivered on time & seems to be (it’s not yet commissioned) as good as new.
Today I had to phone the supplier, & even the post sale phone call was dealt with efficiently, & by a ‘real’ person

Purchased an expensive Lenovo Machine…
Purchased an expensive Lenovo Machine with a current warranty that had a few issues that I had a nightmare getting Lenovo to solve (a Lenovo issue). Green Green communicated well throughout and offered me a refund straight away. I persevered with Lenovo though (and frankly solved it myself in the end but again this was a Lenovo issue). Green Green offered me some compensation for all my messing so I truly cannot fault them and would absolutely purchase from them again.

Laptop has arrived and looks as good as new to me. It certainly works and so far seems to do everything I’d expect of it. GreenGreen Store were incredibly helpful after the DPD had some problems delivering it and got it all sorted out for me, so excellent customer service.

For a grade C
For a grade C, this surpassed my expectations. To my delight, although there were noted issues like a cracked bezel, the condition was decent for a used laptop that's five years old, and the pricing was reasonable.

Hi Jon,
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback.
We're glad the laptop met expectations and that the listing gave a clear sense of what to expect. All our devices are thoroughly checked and tested to ensure reliable performance. The cosmetic grading filter helps customers sort through a wide selection efficiently.
Lower cosmetic grades are priced more accessibly, offering a practical option when performance is the priority and some moderate cosmetic wear is still acceptable, though we certainly understand this won’t be the right fit for everyone.
Regardless of the device, we aim to include detailed descriptions so customers have a clearer idea of what to expect from the comfort of their own home.
Kind regards,
