Have incorrectly charged again, not answering phone, voicemail, messages on Facebook and comments. Now deleting comments on posts.

Shame. When I used them 6 months ago, lack of comms and I had no idea whether they were going to turn up or not. Thankfully, they did and we paid, but extremely frustrated to be charged again months later randomly.

I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I booked a bouncy castle for my daughter’s 4th birthday party and spent the entire week leading up to the event chasing a confirmation email. I rang every single day and was repeatedly assured that the email would be sent and that the castle was 100% booked in for our party.

Despite all those reassurances, the bouncy castle never showed up on the day. No phone call, no update, nothing. Thank goodness we had booked a children’s entertainer, otherwise we would have been left with a group of excited children and no entertainment at all, which could have completely ruined the day.

This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning an important event.

I hired a superhero bouncy castle last August for my son‘s 10th birthday. Greenfrog very understanding my son’s disabilities. They took the time care and effort to understand his difficulties couldn’t of asked for a better service. Will definitely be using them in the future.

No star! I've just had a request for feedback 9 months later! Yes that's probably as quick as they were bringing the bouncy castle to me. On the day of the party I paid £15 extra for a 9-10am delivery. The party started and it arrived 1pm onwards. I did not recieve a refund for that slot as stated either. Communication was rubbish and on arrival it wasn't a unicorn with a slide, boy themed standard castle which was cheaper than what I had requested and paid for I complained and again was given a castle with a slide wrong theme. 3 days later middle of the week they came to collect randomly and I was working. Never in my life would I use this service August 2024

I use greenfrog for a bouncy castle so many times but this last one,I rent bouncy castle for 2 days Sunday and Monday ,Sunday they should to arrive at 9:30 they come at 14:00pm and after so many calls as communication is zero,they bring their another castle which was fine,but because they was late they gives a compensation off 2 days extra till wendsday(included) but no they collected at 11:00am ,the only day which was sunny they collected even if they said will be wendsday included ,last time when I booked whit them,they never are on time and no communication

We have used Greenfrog for many years & never had a problem, they have always been great but the last time we used them, July 2024 they rang about half an hour before they came to say the bouncy castle we had ordered was faulty so they brought a different one which was fine. I paid extra for them to come at a certain time which they didn’t. They came once my son’s party had already started. Poor communication. I then recommended them to my mother in law who ordered one for her bbq she was having for them to then not deliver because of the wind & then never refunded her. See review below from August 2024. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I will never use them again. Scam artists.

Great service, great price, great guys. Impressed that the item was sanitised before they left. Would definitely use them again

Booked castle at our house to be delivered between 8 and 12 for a 1pm party.
By 11.45, I started getting a bit worried. Just after 12 I called the office to be told the driver was on his way, they would ring him and call me straight back. By 12.30 still hadn’t heard back so called again. I was told they couldn’t get in touch with the driver but told ‘he’ll be on his way, probably just out of his van or something’
12.45, really panicking now, my daughter is very upset at this point. I then called the office again, another 15 times! Each time eventually going to voicemail, bar one when I was hung up on.
2 mins to 1 (when some guests had already arrived) a van arrives with the castle. The delivery driver was very polite and apologetic when I explained my calls were being ignored.
The actual castle was great and the kids loved it.
The castle was booked to be collected between 6 and 9 sat evening. I text the delivery driver approx 9.15 to see when they were intending to collect. By 10pm, exhausted after a children’s party we went to bed and gave up waiting for them to collect. I then received a text Monday night asking if I was in to collect, I said we’d be in all evening. No response. Tuesday evening I received a text to say they’d collect in 20 mins, good job we were in!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.
Look them up on the HMRC website they owe money from 2022.

If I’m honest I wouldn’t even give them 1 ⭐️

We got married nearly 6 weeks ago, we were supposed to have a light up dancefloor for our wedding reception. The dance floor was put down and didn’t light up. A worker for the company called Ben asked if we would like a full refund and for the dancefloor to be taken up. We agreed!
After chasing daily with phone calls speaking to Ben, Adam and I could be wrong but I think he said Richard, emailing, Facebook messages and being fobbed off we are still awaiting our money.

£447 is a lot of money to throw away.
We visited the office to find it empty, and was told by other people in the surrounding offices that we are not the only people chasing money from them.

The staff who have to hear our frustration when we call are doing everything in their communication skills to get us off the phone.
Worst part of this is I referred this company to two of our friends who haven’t had their events yet. I’m hoping they don’t have the same experience as us. No point in cancelling as they wouldn’t get their money back either!!!

Please DO NOT waste your time & money, Absolute Liars been completely cheated out of £115 …
Drop off time 9am to 12pm, Party started at 1pm .
Was not up and working till 3.40pm, party finished at 4pm !!!!
Couldn’t connect them for two hour, and was worried sick as children were about to arrive!! Only one land line available!!
Completely ruined my granddaughters birthday!!
Ben promised a refund and to collect it immediately as was NO use to me.
I am the Grandma and the party was held at my house.
The pink & purple castle was finally collected on the Wednesday, and the 1 star goes to the lad how collected it.
He called Ben from GREEN FROG entertainment as he was ignoring my calls, and again Ben promised an apology Emailed and a full refund!! But to date I have received NOTHING !!!

These guys are absolute legends, we had our baby shower at the weekend and because the weather was looking a little rainy we had the castle set up inside. However once we started getting all the tables out we realised it really did take up quite a bit of space - I gave them a call to see if it'd be too much bother to come and move it outside since the weather held out - and without hesitation they were back with us within the hour and relocated the castle to outdoors, they also set up another one to help them out with other customer pickups (making space in the van) which we didn't expect but wow the kids were so amazed and everyone was so happy! will definitely be keeping this company in my books, such hard working, dedicated and caring people - thank you again for making our day turn out for the better ❤️

Very helpful, stress free set up and on time and trustworthy! Will defiantly use these guys again! Thanks again the kids LOVED the bouncy castle/slide good shout for recommending that one!

UPDATE I have now received the promised partial refund - 5 weeks after the party. As I say below, the cars were brilliant and the children loved them, I just wish this could have been resolved sooner.

Booked the DidiCars for my little boy’s birthday party, they were due to be delivered prior to the party starting at 1pm but didn’t arrive until 2.20pm and the party finished at 3pm. So less than half the time that we should of had.

A partial refund was agreed on the day but 10 days later there is still no sign of the refund, despite trying to call the office numerous times, leaving voicemails, sending emails, using messenger and directly contacting the guy who delivered them.

I have tried to deal directly with Greenfrog to resolve this and not resort to public feedback but the appalling customer service has given me no other option.

Such a shame as the cars were a big hit at the party and I would definitely have something like this again, would just be hesitant to use this company.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS! They are all super friendly and nice over the phone, took my money of £125 for a bouncy castle and ball pit for my sons 4th birthday, to not even show up! Tried ringing multiple times and went straight to their answerphone. I genuinely believe the positive reviews that they have are fake and Trustpilot needs to look into this. After doing some
digging as well it looks like they are going into liquidation and have known about this for some time, so are happy to take a persons money knowing full well they aren’t going to provide a service. I don’t even imagine I will get my money back either! Crooks!
My sons 4th birthday party was absolutely ruined!!! He is under diagnosis for Autism and so he was expecting a bouncy castle and he couldn’t quite grasp why there wasn’t one, no matter how we explained to him he genuinely didn’t understand why one hadn’t turned up! Thanks Greenfrog!!
So word of warning …the only real reviews for them are the negative ones, don’t book through them and don’t send them money, I have learned the hard way.

Do not book with this company- 45 minutes late, unprofessional behaviour, and threatened to take me to court!
First booked these in January for a July party. The party began at 12:30, agreed for them to turn up at 12 a week prior to this - ordered soft play, inflatable ball pool, Giant Jenga and Giant Connect 4. The venue hire also told me that the company had rang earlier in the day, asking what time they could come to set up, they were told they could do this from 10:30. To my utter shock, they turned up 45 minutes late and started setting up whilst all guests were there, which took a further 10-15 minutes - they even were cleaning the equipment whilst putting it up, obviously wasn’t cleaned before the party. It looked so unprofessional and completely ruined the beginning of the party. We agreed to pay by cash, yet the people who set up didn’t ask for it, in fact they disappeared and didn’t even ask if everything was okay and set up in the desired areas. Then they were late again to collect the equipment, supposed to collect at 2:30, we waited until 3pm, so I had an envelope of cash and nobody to give it to. I was waiting for communication from them on when they were going to collect the money, instead they took the money out of my bank account a week and a half later, with an extra £10 on top this, which was not agreed. I was frustrated that they took more money than they should have, it was actually an unauthorised transaction and they took more than what they should have, without even trying to contact me regarding the price change, or a warning they were going to do that. I tried ringing them, but that is impossible to get them to answer their phone. After requesting a refund and telling them I will be writing a negative review to warn others, they threatened to take me to court. They did issue a refund, but it was £10 short.
Wish I had read more reviews, as it seems they are late quite often.

These guys are just brilliant. Responsive and always helpful. The quality of the slides is top notch. We have used them 3 or 4 times now. They are our go to people, Ben is just the most professional and kind leader, he is a great asset to the company. Thank you!

Delivery arrangements went horribly wrong and instead of the projector being delivered at 1pm, it arrived after 10pm. It was incredibly difficult to speak to anyone and promises to return calls were not kept. Given that we were live screening the Coronation, the stress of this was terrible for us. No projector - no event and lots of disappointed people and trashed reputation.

Truly brilliant service!

I'll admit I was nervous after seeing a couple of negative reviews about the company in the past but I took notice of the positive and considered it to be potential exaggeration, I went ahead and booked (in quite short notice too).

They had the space and made it happen.

I was nervous about a number of things as it was my daughters first big party. So everything I was worried about venue, organising etc, But little did I need to fear as greenfrog entertainment turned up with smiles and calm auras and as promised, on time, with plenty of time to set up before the guests arrived.

The set up was done super quick, they collaborated with myself and we planned together where we was going to set up and made a positive agreement, safely. They were super friendly and were very helpful in their suggestions.

The entertainment was brilliant. Due to the children having so much fun on the little go karts bouncy castle, snacks and food they quite desponsive to the games after an hour, which was absolutely fine (theyre 5 years old lol). They still really really enjoying themselves. So we declined to pressure of the games and allowed the children to play and enjoy the other half of the session with music and fun. This was a complete positive to me as the guys were able to adhere to the children's needs/wants. That's what it's all about.

The guys were helpful with organising a group photo, singing happy birthday and overall entertaining the children keeping them busy with the balloon making, shaped ballons and signs and other party tricks. They made my daughter feel very special on her birthday. The kids absolutely loved them, they were extremely friendly with the kids and very patient with them all and interacted all the time.

I would absolutely, most definitely hire these again. They made my daughters birthday an absolute dream! She loved every moment and has not stopped talking about it. All the other parents and family I spoke to that were there all agreed how amazing the entertainment were. The kids had so much to do.

I haven't gotten a bad word to say. It was a pleasure to have you guys here. I will recommend this company to everyone.

-Communication from booking to arrival and departure were 10/10. Answered every call or email and got back to me ASAP with queries.
-Punctuality was perfect. Even called prior to setting off to let me know he was on his way.
-Health and safety 10/10 very vigilant and set up was child friendly.
-The price is spot on for all that is included.
-Morale was incredible.
-The atmosphere was buzzing and fun.
-A very positive representation of entertainment.
-Amazing people.

I have availed the dance and bounce (except the games) package for my daughter’s birthday.Unfortunately, we were not happy with the service that we received.
First of all, they came late. All the guest have already arrived and the kids have been running around when they came in and started setting up the bouncy castle.

Also, we are not satisfied with the songs played. I emailed days before the event requesting for frozen songs and they confirmed. But during the event,not even a single frozen theme song was played! And the music was not loud enough.I was so busy entertaining the guests and i didn’t have time to tell them what to play. I was really disappointed.my daughter loves frozen, specially the songs. It could have made her happier on her birthday.

I paid for 200+ for something this and I can say that it is not worth it.
I emailed this feedback to them but i did not get any reply. I was so disappointed.
