I’ve had an excellent experience working with Rezwana as my energy broker. From start to finish, the level of service, patience and professionalism has been exceptional.
What I appreciated most was the honesty and genuine hard work throughout the whole process. Rezwana took the time to explain everything clearly, patiently dealt with all my questions and concerns, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely puts the customer’s interests first and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. The communication was excellent, and I always felt I was being given straightforward and honest advice.

Claimed to be from my energy supplier and my contract details needed updating. Sent new contract and harassed me to sign. when I said no became abusive. I have now contact my energy company launching a complaint
