I would give zero stars
I would give zero stars, I've been waiting for two weeks for them to respond to the emails I sent asking for repairs on various things here at home and they simply don't respond. They take the money from the rent on the right day but never make repairs. I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

Greenco diligently managed all my BTL properties well. Greenco has a competent engineering team which can sort out any home problems very quickly. The billing system is clear, easy to understand. I can get all the rent timely. Strongly recommend to be your next BTL property letting agent.

It was yesterday when I was viewing the property in 84 Abercarn Close Manchester, M8 9 AL. Laura has been absolutely brilliant and amazing in customer service when we were viewing the property.
She is very professional ,friendly ,approachable person that is aware of how to deal with the customers.
Laura did not made us feel strange through her the customer service and professional support and service because it was easy to approach her with all sort of questions we were asking.
All answers we got were an honest answers and thus, Laura has a brilliant potential to make the greenco something special through her work and customer service experience.
We were all very satisfied with her customer services and approach.

I have bought properties and properties-managed through…Greenco!
I have bought properties through Greenco. They are really very helpful, honest, effective and friendly. Martin is really a very good boss and smart professional in property field. Louis is also an honest and capable person because he gave me lots of good opinions and suggestions. I will come back to Greenco anytime when I need to buy property or refurbishment of property.

Perfect from start to end.
This company was brilliant from start to end. I was fortunate enough to be dealing with Lois from the Rice Lane branch in Liverpool. Could not of asked for a smoother and more organised way in moving into a property. From the rapid responses, to the helpful feedback, it made moving into a property so much easier than expected.
