Greenbank Lawyers have processed my NIHL claim against the MoD. They have been helpful and friendly throughout. Their audiologist came to my house for a hearing test and today I was informed that my claim was successful. I saw Greenbank Lawyers advertise their services on a social website. I had been in the services and suffering from tinnitus, 24/7, since the 1990s. I had to present my history and medical conditions and have an audio test by an audiologist who carried this out at my home. I then had a very short interview with a consultant who then wrote a very detailed report. This was sent to the Ministry of Defence which admitted fault. Although Greenbank Lawyers take 25% of the payment.

I do believe I would not have gotten what I received without their very professional help.
