Excellent repair service today from Peter the plumber. Excellent communication. Polite. Explained the repair in easy understanding. On time with punctuation. Clean repair job.

My mental health has been all over atm and I was stressed and worried about my rent i spoke to a lady called sabeela and she listened to me stressing then she gave me some advice we had a little chat and she cheered me up I don't feel as stressed or worried now so thank you so much sabeela have a great weekend

My experience with the staff at great places in Sheffield are horrible they lie to tenants, shut the doors in tenants faces and lie to the police to try and get people arrested and assaulted by the police and staff. The dishonesty and treatment I've received from great places managers, Paul webb Wendy rat Phillip walker and Raymond is unbelievable especially when they call you a big C word over the phone and they then deny it and blame you.
They dont safeguard tenants, they just tell you to move yourself and sort out the ASB yourself too. They try and charge you to clean someone else mess.
They've committed fraud with the service charges by having cleaners and caretakers on a service charge but we only get 1 service and when I mentioned it to the staff they removed cleaners on the service charges! If you say something they dont like you should expect to have contact limited and be taken to court. I have proof of everything and advise you to keep all your evidence together.
And as soon you pass the evidence to the headquarters in Manchester they ignore you. And them managers do work and do represent great places and I have sent the evidence to trustpilot because the staff at great places said Wendy Phil Raymond and Paul do not represent great places it’s all over google you just need to look and put they names it to it. And do contractors represent great places??
I’m glad to have all the evidence of this and I will be seeing you in court very soon with the evidence off assault from the staff named in this.

Karl was brilliant when he came out to resolve the mould issue in my downstairs bathroom. He talked me through everything he was doing and answered all of my questions clearly.

I was a little worried as my upstairs bathroom is directly above, but Karl was very reassuring and kindly checked that bathroom as well, which really put my mind at ease.

He was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout.

I had two men come to repair guttering on both front and back of my house. They came nice and early and got started on the job straight away. Both Gavin and ste were very polite and chatty but never stopped working. They noticed I had a blocked drain that I’d not yet reported and they unblocked it for me too. So yeah I’d say Gavin and ste went above and beyond and did more then what was on there job sheet. Thank you so much Gavin and ste

Michael the plasterer was both polite and friendly. He completed the repair to my living room ceiling and window frame, whilst taking care not to damage my carpet or furniture. I was more than happy with the quality of his workmanship. It’s important to get it right first time.
