Poor quality product that didn't match what was advertised. When I returned it to China (extremely expensive shipping that they don't pay), I didn't get my refund. I do NOT recommend buying from this vendor.

I ordered a pair of sandals and the pictures were copied from a reputalble site, not their product. The sandals were the worst quality ever encountered, all around, not orthopedic as advertised. I was unable to wear them as they were made out of cheap, ruff and scratchy materials, not comfortable at all and I requested a refund! I mailed them back to China at my own expense, printed the address from the form. After 6 months, the package came back to me in my mailbox, marked as UNCLAIMED! I sent numerous emails back to the company including pictures of the returned package with no response at all. Now I'm out of the cost of the sandals and the postage! Never, ever buy products from this company! Zero Stars

I wish I saw this review before I ever went on this website. Great lake fashion is about the same as temu except the prices. They sold me the lowest quality garbage for premium prices, then had the nerve to act like I was asking too much. Delivery was unsatisfactory as well. Overall a 0/5 star experience with these scam artists.

I have been waiting for a refund since last March. Do not buy from this company. Thry don't stand behind their return policy and you are out double the money spent on the org dresses.

Horrible! Never buy from this company! First they try to make an impression that they are a Canadian (or European) company. No - they ship from China. Then they sell you an item that looks good on the photo but what you receive does not correspond to what is shown - you receive a horrible quality item made from poor materials and it is totally ill-fitting. On the website they inform you that returns are possible, but they do not mention that you have to send the item to China at your cost - the return cost exceeds by far the price you paid. I managed to make a return through a friend traveling to China and I have the receipt for shipping and a proof that the item was received within the time required. No refund has ever been made. When you inquire about it, they first tell you that they need more time and when you inquire again the customer service that identifies itself as "Donna Brown" stops replying. Right now they have the vest I returned and the money I paid for it. NO REFUND though for the last 4 months! Scammers! Horrible experience - never again!

Absolutely horrible company. I wish I had researched them. I bought a $72 sweater and these jerks sent me the wrong sweater which would have cost $90 to return. Scam!

Horrible - service sucks, they claim to provide shipping labels for returns (which normally means it's a paid for return) not the case with these guys! And I trust you will want to return as the products are not the same as the website. I ordered a jacket, colours was completely wrong, style was wrong - was extremely disappointed after waiting almost 3 weeks for it to arrive .. to be told I have to pay to return basically something I didn't order as it's not as described in the least. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Went by their sizing and order a winter coat from there. It was a 4XL and when I finally got it it was more like a XL. The quality is not what the discription said it would be. Not able to handle cold winter, but a mild winter. Thin material. They'll be happy to refund me, ut I gave to pay for the return. About $90.00 to send it back and it cost me $149.00. The address on the site is in the Nerthlands but they are really out of China. Pure scam.

I would prefer to give no star at all,that is not an option. My regret is not looking at these reviews before I purchased 2 items.
I agree with the other reviewers. Poor quality, inaccurate size chart and impossible to return for a refund.

Here is my bad experience

I am writing this review of how this company did not cancel the order when asked before it fully shipped, the fact that it took several weeks to receive the item, and that their size calculator is inaccurate causing what would be a happy purchase to be an annoyance.

Ordered item is completely different from the picture (different colour, different material) abd terrible quality. Think Shein but 4x as expensive. NOT a Dutch company as advertised but China. Returns must be made to China paying your own shipping and they only except if you pay for track and trace.

DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a coat. I expected sizing to be smaller, I followed the size guide. I ordered XXXL because my daughter is a large/extra large. The coat would only fit a 7/8 year old. Then I am told I have to pay to ship this back. They site advertises Denmark, the return shipping is China. The coat does not even come close to the style. They steel photos of fashind and sent crap to the purchasers.

The shirt I bought for my brother for Christmas looked like it was made by a two year old!! It was awful.
This company is NoT Canadian and is a total scam!!

The quality of items received is very low. What is advertised through the pictures and descriptions on the website does not resemble the items received. One item I ordered was described as a winter coat made of 80% wood blend and I received a 95% polyester cheap fabric. The design is also nothing like the pictures on the website.
These items are really not wearable.

Be aware!!! This is a misleading website, made to look like a Canadian one, but It’s straight out of china !! Poor quality!! Basically no returns or exchanges since You have to pay for a traceable shipment to china which starts at $80CAN. And only ” IF”they approve of the condition of the item, once they have it! What fooled me was the Free “Express “ Canada shipping thinking I could have it on time before Xmas, yet it took nearly 2weeks “coming out of china “!!!

Order took much longer than promised to arrive. The sweater I ordered was significantly smaller than expected and the quality was poor.

Refund/return not easy.

This company is a scam, and I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. They market themselves as a high-end fashion retailer, misleading customers into believing they are based in Canada, when in fact, their return address reveals they are located in the Netherlands, and their true operations are in China. The quality of the clothing is substandard, with items arriving damaged, featuring holes, rips, and poor stitching. Attempts to resolve these issues with customer service are met with automated responses from a representative named Donna, who fails to address the problem adequately. They did agree to pay for the returns once they saw the photos, but then after agreeing to this they retracted it and the cycle continues!

So despite their terms indicating they would cover return shipping for faulty items, I have been caught in a frustrating loop of communication, ultimately being told I must pay for the return myself, breaking Canadian consumer laws!

It is far more prudent to seek similar products from other reputable online retailers that offer better customer service.

This is a Chinese warehouse outlet. I ordered a coat in XXL according to their recommendation from my measurements. The coat that arrived was medium at the most and of inferior quality, not at all as described on their website. They then want you to pay for return shipment to China before re-imbursement. I'm not chancing getting ripped off for even more. Obviously a scamming operation. Just stay away.
